Analyze the relationship between patients’ Resilience and Life Quality after their Postoperative chemotherapy3. Explore the intervention effect of rehabilitation salon in patients’ Resilience and Life Quality after their Postoperative chemotherapy MethodsAdopted the convenience sampling method, selected 387 breast cancer patients in postoperative chemotherapy in two first-class, third-grade hospitals in Henan province, studying the patients’ Resilience, their Life Quality status and the factors that influence above two terms. On the basis of investigation, Named 39 patients from A hospital with breast cancer club arranging activities Team Club on the basis of common nursing. And another 39 patients from B hospital without club arranging activities on the basis of common nursing were classified control group. Evaluate the difference of these patients’ Resilience and Life Quality during their first and sixth chemotherapy. The demographic data scale, CD-RISC, FACT-B were used. The SPSS17.0 was used to analyze the data. Descriptive statistical analysis, t-test, Chi-square analysis, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis. Results1. The total score of Resilience of breast cancer patients in postoperative chemotherapy was 60.58±16.77. The average scores of ever dimensions from the highest to lowest were 2.58±0.70(Strength),2.37±0.72(Tenacity) and 2.30±0.69(Optimism). The total score of Quality of Life was 84.59±14.58. The average scores of ever dimensions from the highest to lowest were 2.68±0.30(additional areas), 2.56±0.56(physical areas), 2.38±0.69(social/family areas), 2.18±0.84(emotional areas) and 1.82±0.88(functional areas); The relative analysis of Pearson showed that the Life Quality were positive correlation with the score of and Resilience, Tenacity, Strength and Optimism(r=0.377, 0.366, 0.358, 0.321, P<01.0).2. ANOVA analysis showed: culture degree, family income, postoperative duration, payment method, clinical stage, exercise etc. were statistically significant on patients’ Resilience( P<05.0); culture degree, postoperative duration, payment method, clinical stage, exercise etc. were statistically significant on patients’ Life Quality( P<05.0).3. The result of Independent t test showed that the score of Resilience and Life Quality of Team Club was higher than the control group, the differences of them was statistically significant( P<01.0); The result of Paired t test showed that the score of Resilience and Life Quality of Team Club before taking club activities was lower than after that, the differences of them was statistically significant( P<01.0). Conclusion1. The Life Quality of breast cancer patients in postoperative chemotherapy and resilience were positively correlated. In other words, the higher the Resilience level was, the higher the patient’s Quality of Life would be.2. The education level, family income, post-operation period, payment methods, clinical stages, exercise were factors that influence the cancer patients’ Resilience and Life Quality in postoperative chemotherapy.3.
