data questionn aire, modified kupperman index, menopausal quality of life scale, social support rating scale and Chinese version psychological resilience scale.SPSS26.0 software was used for statistical analy sis, cases and percentage were used to describe the gener al data,t-test and analysis of variance were used to compare wh ether there were statistical differences in quality of life, social support and psychological resilience with different demographic characteristics.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between quality of life and social support and psychological resilience. The scores of quality of life were taken as dependent variables, and the statistically significant variables in univariate analysis and correlation analysis were used as independent variables for multiple linear regression.U sing the PROCESS plug-in,the demographic variables with statistical significance were set as control variables, and the nonparametric percentile Bootstrap method with deviation correction was used to sample the original sample size for 5000 times to const ruct the mediating effect model among social support, psychological resilience and quality of life.Results:(1)The score of quality of life of women with menopausal syndrome was(42.78 ±26.07).The average scores of each dimension were psychological(1.60 ±1.14),sexual life(1.58 ±1.49),physiology(1.47 ±1.00)and vasomotor symptoms(1.01 ±1.11).The score of social support(40.83 ±7.68)was lower than that of the domestic norm, and the average scores of items in each dimension were subjective support(5.97 ±1.17),objective support(3.02 ±1.17)and utilization of social support(2.62 ±0.62).The score of psychological resilience(59.43 ±14.15)was lower than that of the domestic norm, and the average scores of items in each dimension were self-improvement(2.57 ±0.66),optimism(2.39 ±0.63)and tenacity(2.25 ±0.59).(2)Univariate analysis showed that age, marital status, education level and severity of menopausal syndrome symptoms would affect the quality of life of women with menopausal syndrome;occupation, family per capita monthly income, marriage status and education level will affect the social support of women with menopausal syndrome;family monthly income and education level will affect the psychological resilience of women with menopausal syndrome.(3)Correlation analysis showed that the scores of social support, subjective support and utilization of social support in women with menopausal syndrome were negatively correlated with the scores of quality of life, and the correlation coefficients were-0.210,-0.211 and-0.132,(P < 0.05).The scores of resilience,tenacity,self-improvement and optimism in women with menopausal syndrome were negatively correlated with the scores of quality of life, and the correlation coefficients were-0.204,-0.186,-0.165 and-0.239,(P < 0.05).The scores of social support in women with menopausal syndrome were positively correlated with the scores of resilience,tenacity,self-improvement and optimism, and the correlation coefficients were 0.371,0.336,0.327 and 0.383,(P < 0.05).(4)The results of multivariate analysis showed that education, marital status, severity of symptoms of menopausal syndrome, social support and psychological resilience were the factors affecting the quality of life of women with menopausal syndrome(F= 13.892,P < 0.05).(5)Construction and test of intermediary model: social support of women with menopausal syndrome had negative effect on quality of life(β =-0.478,P < 0.05).Psychological resilience had negative effect on quality of life(β =-0.274,P < 0.05).Psychological resilience had mediating effect between social support and quality of life(effect value =-0.196).The 95% confidence interval of indirect effects does not contain zero(95%CI=-0.354~-0.070).The mediating effect rate of psychological resilience accounted for 29.56% of the total effect rate.Conclusion:(1)The quality of life of women with menopausal syndrome is poor, thelevel of social support and psychological resilience are lower than thedomestic norm.(2)The factors affecting the quality of life of women with menopausal syndrome is education level, marital status, severity of menopausal symptoms, social support and psychological resilience.(3)A low level of social support will lead to poor quality of life in women with menopausal syndrome, but good psychological resilience can reduce this adverse effect. Therefore, for women with menopausal syndrome with low degree of social support, positive psychological nursing measures can be taken to improve their psychological elasticity, weaken the negative impact of low-level social support on the quality of life, and improve their
