ObjectiveStudy of type 2 diabetes diagnosed in Tsitsihar First Hospital(T2DM) in patients with diabetic retinopathy(DR) and the prevalence of diabetic retinopathy in a serious stage, to explore the effects of DR and DR staging related risk factors, provide a scientific basis for the prevention of DR in Qigihar.MethodsInvestigation on January 2014 to January 2015 in Tsitsihar First Hospital diagnosed with type 2 diabetes patients through the self-made questionnaire to collect the general demographic characteristics of patients(such as age, gender, marital status, etc.), general behavior(such as drinking and smoking) and clinical indicators(such as blood lipids, liver and kidney function) data. For the diagnosis and staging of DR severity by ocular examination, 2 using chi square test and Logistic regression of lesions in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus diabetic retinopathy and related factors were analyzed, using P<0.05 as the cutoff value was statistically significant.Results1. In patients with type 2 diabetes, 207 patients with DR were detected, and the prevalence was 25.12%. 78 DR patients are men, accounting for 24.53% of all men. 129 DR patients are women, accounting for 25.49% of all women. In 207 cases of DR patients with non proliferative 183 people, accounting for 88.41% of all patients with DR, 24 of patients with hyperplasia, accounting for 11.59% of all patients with DR.The prevalence of 1.DR was significantly different in different age groups(P< 0.001).2. Multivariate analysis of DR, the results showed that: Hb Alc, HDL-c levels and diabetes duration were the independent influencing factors of DR prevalence.3. Of the severity of DR(proliferative and non proliferative) factors related factors analysis, results showed that blood glucose and fasting duration of diabetes is the impact of the severity of DR(proliferative and non proliferative) independent risk factors.Conclusion1. 207 in patients with type 2 diabetes, the prevalence of DR was 25.12%, and the prevalence was 25.12%. 78 DR patients are men, accounting for 24.53% of all men. 129 DR patients are women, accounting for 25.49% of all women. The prevalence of DR was different in different age groups.2. Multivariate results showed that Hb Alc, HDL-c levels and diabetes duration were the independent influencing factors of DR prevalence.3. Fasting blood glucose and diabetes duration were independent risk factors of DR patients with severity of disease(proliferative and non proliferative).
