| Objectives(1) This study chooses the class of 2016 in a university in Henan Province to analyze the medical data and explore the students’ physical condition during their school period.(2) To explore the influence factors of college students during the period of school health condition changes, provide reference for college students’ health education plan. MethodsThis research is a descriptive study, data was collected by quantitative survey and qualitative interview method.(1) Enrollment and graduation examination of the data using the software Epidata 3.0 establish database, using IBM SPSS 21.0 statistical software for statistical analysis, the Statistics part of the chart production using Microsoft Word, Excel 2007 software, measurement data, mean, standard deviation is used to describe the frequency and percentage is used to describe the count data.(2)Questionnaire to exercise habits, sleeping habits and diet three sorts of statistical classification; To refine interview data encoding, theme. ResultsFirst, through the data analysis of the medical examination for enrollment and graduation, draws the following conclusions:(1)The difference of boy and the girl’s body mass index was statistically significant when they started school, number of girls overweight and obesity significantly more than boys. The difference of boy and the girl’s body mass index was statistically significant when they graduated, number of girls overweight and obesity significantly less than boys, the number of underweight significantly more than boys. The Male’s obesity detection rate is 1.36% to 5.25%, rising sharply; the female’s lean detection rate is 13.40% to 40.21%, showed a rising trend. After the university four years, girls generally reduce weight, boys generally increase weight.(2)There were 61 people with high blood pressure, the detection rate is 0.48% when they started school; there were 118 people with high blood pressure, the detection rate is 0.94% when they graduated. Graduation and college entrance, a marked rise of hypertension. Two medical detection rate of hypertension both boys and girls differences were statistically significant(respectively: chi square = 33.548, P < 0.001; chi-square = 45.220, P < 0.001), the boy detection rate of hypertension is significantly higher than the girl.(3)The two physical examination were mainly in the detection of severe myopia, the number of poor vision increased when graduated, total myopia rate increased to 80.44% from 71.93%, especially the severe vision detection rate increased significantly. It showed that after university life, students’ eyesight level overall decline. Two physical examinations for boys’ and girls’ poor vision detection rate difference had statistical significance, girls’ myopia detection rate is higher than boys’.(4)Compared to the entrance, the graduation elevated detection rate of alanine transaminase. There was no statistically significant difference detection rate of boys’ and girls’ alanine transaminase(chi-square = 0.145, P = 0.703). When graduation, there was statistically significant difference detection rate of boys ’ and girls ’ alanine transaminase(chi-square = 7.360, P = 0.007).(5)There were 8 people with active tuberculosis, the detection rate is 0.14%(140/10 million) when they started school;there were 2 people with active tuberculosis, the detection rate is 0.016%(16/10 million) when they graduated.(6)There were 139 people with tachycardia, arrhythmia and other chronic diseases, the detection rate is 1.10% when they started school;there were 214 people with tachycardia, arrhythmia and other chronic diseases, the detection rate is 1.70% when they graduated, it ’ s higher than the entrance. There was no statistically significant difference detection rate of boys’ and girls’ tachycardia, arrhythmia and other chronic diseases when they started school(chi-square = 6.683, P = 0.1);there was statistically significant difference detection rate of boys’ and girls’ tachycardia, arrhythmia and other chronic diseases when they graduated(chi-square = 18.379, P<0.001).Second, through the analysis of questionnaires and interviews, the factors influencing college students’ health is all aspects, mainly include the lack of the consciousness of health management, poor diet and living habits, lack of physical exercise, participate in physical exercise motivation is not clear, Internet addiction, lack of school health education work, and imperfect management mechanism, etc. Conclusions(1) After four or five years of university life, the 2016 students’ overall health is declining.(2) The school should improve health management institutions, carry out regular physical examination, establish student health records, implement school health management strategy, standard management to make rectification. |
