| Crew human factor has become a major cause of accidents and incidents of general aviation. In the single pilot operation, most flight accidents are due to lost situational awareness, improper workload management as well as decision-making mistake. Crew resource management is the specific tool to manage it. Single-pilot resource management is defined as the technology to manage all the resources available for a pilot to ensure a safety flight. It could help pilot to maintain situational awareness through manage automation equipment, aircraft control and navigation task, so that pilot can correctly assess, manage potential risks and make right decisions. At present, there exist few domestic researches about single-pilot resource management, so it is of great significance to design a single-pilot resource management training system for single pilot operation and flight safety.Based on the ideological of ISO10015 quality management guidelines for training, the research on single-pilot resource management training system is consist of three aspects:training needs analysis, design the training curriculum and determine the evaluate criteria of training effectiveness. First of all, in order to determine the single-pilot resource management training needs, the environment of single pilot operation and domestic general aviation development are studied. Meanwhile, the questionnaire, fault tree analysis method and SHEL model are also used to get the training needs. Secondly, training curriculums are designed based on the results of training needs analysis. And the single-pilot resource management training curriculum system is determined through analyzing the connection among courses. Finally, to evaluate the effectiveness of the training, evaluation indexes are built and weights are given from three aspects: training organization and implementation, work performance after training and the change of organizational performance. What’s more, the table of training course and training effectiveness assessment are designed to evaluate the effect of trainees. |
