Public hospital is an important part of the medical system,and nursing staff are occupying an important position in the hospital service system.The quality level of nursing staff will directly affect the level of medical treatment,so it is one of the core elements in the process of medical activities,but also the core element of modern medical activities,is the foundation of hospital survival.From the point of view of the development of clinical medical work,the role played by nursing staff is very prominent,they have a very close relationship with patients,at the same time,they are also responsible for the implementation of medical orders,and the development of the disease needs to be observed in a timely manner,timely propaganda and education for patients,and so on.The medical tasks undertaken by medical and nursing staff are very heavy.For any hospital,with the continuous improvement of medical technology,a variety of medical technologies continue to update,to improve their own medical level has played a great role.Therefore,strengthening the training and management of nursing staff and improving the comprehensive literacy of nursing staff in an all-round way is the key content of hospital cognitive management at present.Medical work is related to the healthy survival of the people,nursing staff and patients have a very close relationship,they undertake extremely complex medical work,so the requirements for them are very high.Further strengthen the training and management of nursing staff The research can enrich the theoretical system of medical and nursing staff training,so as to provide a powerful guarantee for the development of practical work,and has positive theoretical significance.Based on this,this paper takes A Hospital as the research object,and makes a corresponding analysis on the training and management of nursing staff.First of all,starting from the nursing training management of A hospital,based on the theory of training management of A hospital,this paper makes full use of diversified methods,including literature analysis,interview and questionnaire survey,and analyzes the current situation of nursing staff training management in A hospital,and points out the problems faced by A hospital in the process of nursing staff training and management.Finally,from the perspective of hospital development to find the corresponding improvement countermeasures.Through the detailed analysis and research in this paper,it is finally found that A hospital is in the nursing staff.There are still some problems in the process of training management,including the lack of training demand investigation,the imperfect formulation of training plan,the unreasonable choice of training content and the unscientific process of training evaluation,and so on.Therefore,in order to solve these problems,A hospital must further do a good job in the investigation and management oftraining needs,and further strengthen the formulation of training plan and the choice of content,as well as strengthen the management of training evaluation,so as to better achieve the improvement and development of its own training management.
