Study On Quality Management Of Oral Denture Manufacturing Professional Training Room Construction Project

In recent years,as people's living standards have increased,pollution has become more and more serious,people have gradually become aware of the importance of health,at the same time,they are paying more and more attention to dental health,therefore,a large number of dental technicians are required to cooperate with dentists to manufacture dentures.This article uses the project quality management theory to explore its application in the construction of the B orthodontic dental profes-sional training room project,using the PDCA cycle theory,PMI project management theory,etc.to analyze the possible problems in each link of the project,in the project quality plan.Under the guidance of the company,continuously discover problems and solve problems to ensure that the project quality goals do not deviate.Relying on the project quality management model,a set of successful cases that can be applied to the quality control of the training room project construction can be formed.It can also provide reference for the quality management of other school projects,and ultimately ensure that the project is completed in accordance with the established quality objectives.The results of the study are as follows:One,The project quality management covers a wide range of issues,including quality control,quality improvement,and improvement of quality issues,to ensure full control of project construction quality.Second,the quality of oral denture manufacturing professional training room project quality management features: influencing factors,quality fluctuations;quality issues are hidden;special evaluation methods,final inspection limitations;respect objective facts,try to speak with data;follow the PDCA cycle Working procedure.Third,In the early,middle and later stages of the project,it is up to the inspection and acceptance,and quality control is conducted from each construction stage,and the problems that arise are promptly regulated and resolved.Fourth,using project quality management knowledge,put forward training room project construction process quality management improvement programs and safeguard measures to ensure the quality of laboratory project construction management can be implemented.
