Objective:To analyze the clinical curative effect of the treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation by Percutaneous Lumbar Intervertebral Foramen and traditional operation, and to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods:Methods a retrospective study was conducted on 40 cases of lumbar disc herniation from December 2014 to June 2015 in Shandong Provincial Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital, including 25 males and 15 females, aged 17-63 years old, with an average age of 37.2 years. The patients were divided into observation group(20 cases) and control group(20 cases). The observation group was treated with minimally invasi vsurgry.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional surgery(extended open window and nucleus pulposus removal),Were recorded in two groups of each case of intraoperative blood loss, incision length, operative time, time in bed, before treatment, 1 month after treatment, June VAS score, JOA score ODI index. All data were expressed as mean plus or minus standard deviation(?X±S).Compared two groups of patients with clinical outcomes. Group in the mean(?X±S) paired t-test and between groups with mean( ?X±S) independent samples t test; P > 0.05 as there was no statistically significant difference, P < 0.05 for differences have statistical significance, P < 0.01 for the difference has statistical significance.Results:(1) set of comparison: in traditional surgery group and treatment group in preoperative and postoperative intervertebral foramen mirror VAS score, ODI index, JOA score had significant statistical difference(p < 0.01, table 1-12).(2) the comparison between groups: traditional surgery group and treatment group in preoperative and postoperative intervertebral foramen mirror VAS score, ODI index, JOA score no statistical difference(p > 0.05 table 13 to 18);Traditional surgery treatment group was treated with intervertebral foramen lens technology group, intraoperative blood loss, operative time, incision length, lie in bed time was statistically difference(p < 0.05 table 19-20).Conclusion:(1) The traditional open surgery and the treatment of lumbar disc herniation have good clinical curative effect;(2) The technique of intervertebral foramen has the advantages of simple operation, less trauma, less pain, less recovery, less complications and less influence on the quality of life;(3) Yhe long term efficacy of the technique of intervertebral foramen should be further observed. |
