Short Term Curative Effect Of Percutaneous Transforaminal Endoscopic Discectomy In The Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation

Purpose: By means of percutaneous intervertebral discectomy(PTED)and mobile micro endoscopic discectomy(MMED)between two kinds of the extraction operation method of nucleus pulposus in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion in the near future curative effect comparison,discusses the advantages and disadvantages analysis PTED surgery,communication PTED operation related factors,to better grasp the reference and promoting PTED minimally invasive surgery.Method: Using retrospective analysis method,observation,a total of 79 patients with surgery,including PTED group of 48 cases,window between lamina excision group(MMED group)31 cases of nucleus pulposus,record general data such as gender,age,etc.,the two groups in the preoperative and postoperative 48 h,postoperative follow-up 2 months waist pain,leg pain VAS score and Oswestry disability index(ODI),according to the standard of orthopedic spine surgery group low back pain score evaluation of the clinical curative effect of two groups,and statistics postoperative hospitalization days,to the hospital days,antibacterial drug expenses,hospitalization cost,operation cost such as indicators of health economics.Result: PTED contrast groups of patients before and after surgery,found that in 48 h after surgery and 2 month after surgery,waist pain,leg pain VAS score and ODI compared with preoperative were improved significantly(P < 0.05).At the same time comparing two groups of patients with postoperative found that PTED group in 48 h back pain VAS score,postoperative back pain VAS score in 2 month after surgery,ODI in 2 month after surgery are below the MMED group(P < 0.05);Postoperative 48 h leg pain VAS scores,postoperative 2 month leg pain VAS scores,postoperative 48 h ODI there was no significant difference between two groups(P > 0.05).PTED group hospitalization days,hospitalization days after operation,cost of antimicrobials were less than a MMED group(P < 0.05);The hospital total cost,operation cost PTED group were higher than MMED group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: PTED minimally invasive surgery is an effective and reliable operation of the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion.Has good clinical effect,small trauma,to highlight the parts and spinal canal pressure quickly,reduce hospitalization days and the advantages of the antibacterial drug use,superior to the mobile micro endoscopic discectomy.
