Clinical Research Between Acupuncture And Nerve Growth Factor Method For Residual Syndrome Which Caused By Postoperative Intervertebral Foramen Of Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective1.To find out the dangerous factors,theoretical mechanism,and therapeutic measures of the residual syndrome which caused by postoperative intervertebral foramen of LDH.2.To research how to promote the living standard and change the behaviors of human being of the residual syndrome which caused by postoperative intervertebral foramen of LDH.3.To detect the better methods and ways to cure the residual syndrome which caused by postoperative intervertebral foramen of LDH.4.To support a useful treatment way for medical colleague of the residual syndrome which caused by postoperative intervertebral foramen of LDH which may teach clinic medicine and reduce complication.MethodsOur research dived 60 peoples random into normal control group,acupuncture treatment group,growth nerve factor treatment group,acupuncture associate with growth nerve factor treatment group,record basic data of every patients before research which estimate through low back pain rating scale of Japanese Orthopedic Association(JOA)and Oswestry lumbar dysfunction index(ODI)that to analysis and statistic these data,to evaluate the painful,and condition of lumbar function of clinical effect after three months.We need to find out the difference of these groups and the total conclusion.StatisticWe use SPSS 22.0 statistic software to calculate measurement data use means ±standard deviation while to estimate enumeration data by Chi-squared test.If the measurement data suit normality distribution that may use normality test,or through non-parametric test.We think it have statistical significance when the α equals to 0.05.Theoretical basic1.The electro-acupuncture stimulate relevant no-work Jiaji point can make brave nerve cell exciting and release painful and numb,to irritate deep tissue may loose muscle and anadesma which spasm,to cure harm nerve central,to accelerate metabolism and bloodcirculate,to delete oxygen radical,change locality ions,to reduce inflammatory factor,to cut down edema,improve nutrition,and accelerate nerve root function recovery.2.Nerve growth factor which is the most common useful mouse nerve growth factor that have double-function can improve nutrition and promote synapsis growth.It also cut down edema,protect harm nerve cell,promote damaged synapsis cell growth and improve the efficiency of impaired nerve cells.Results1.Total curative ratio,which normal control group is 40.00% acupuncture treatment group is 57.14%,nerve growth factor treatment group is 53.33% and acupuncture combine nerve growth factor treatment group is 75.00,there is a statistic significance compare to single treatment factor.2.It have obvious superiority that to release painful,lumbar vertebra function and lower limb numbness compare to prior treatment of acupuncture and nerve growth factor group which both better than normal control group(p-value < 0.05).While there is no statistic significance when compare acupuncture and nerve growth factor(p-value >0.05),but they have some superiority to release painful and lower limb exercise function.3.It have obvious superiority that to release painful,lumbar vertebra function and lower limb numbness compare to prior treatment of acupuncture combine nerve growth factor group which more better than normal control group(p-value <0.05)and single factor group and it has some further superiority.Conclusion1.There is obvious efficiency to release the failed back surgery syndrome of lumbar disc herniation which use single factor of acupuncture or nerve growth factor and that can use abroad in clinic.2.There is specific result to lighten lower lumber numbness of lumbar disc herniation intervertebral foramen which through acupuncture associate with nerve growth factor double-way model treatment and that can extend in clinic.
