| Objective:Through contrast test, resolving phlegm and dissipating nodes and mometasone furoate therapeutic effect in the treatment of children with adenoid hypertrophy(syndrome of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis), evaluation and phlegm scattered node of clinical application value.Method:1 will comply with the conditions of 80 patients randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 40 cases in each group. In experimental group taking phlegm scattered stasis prescription free frying granules, control group was treated with mometasone furoate nasal spray. 2 two groups before and after treatment were filled out "of adenoid hypertrophy in children mainly clinical index scale, perfect form of the integral, fill in the main symptoms and signs. Through the statistical analysis of the efficacy of the two groups and the main symptoms and signs, resolving phlegm and dissipating stasis prescription and mometasone furoate differences in the treatment of this disease, evaluation and phlegm scattered node of clinical application value.Results:The total effect 77.5% in node Decoction "in the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy in children is phlegm and blood stasis phlegm Sanjie, 52.5% of the superior mometasone furoate,which the former was 50.0%, significantly higher than the 27.5% of the latter, no obvious advantages comparing to cure rate and significant efficiency aspects of the former and the latter.Conclusion: Resolving phlegm and dissipating stasis prescription and mometasone furoate compared to more in line with the pathogenesis of children with adenoid hypertrophy(syndrome of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis), on the condition of the disease remission has positive effect, can improve the clinical curative effect of the disease to a certain extent. |
