The Study Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Theory "Jianpi Huashi Sanjie" In The Treatment Of Adenoidal Hypertrophy

ObjectiveTo study the clinical curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicine theory "Jianpi Huashi Sanjie" in the treatment of adenoidal hypertrophy.MethodsSelect 70 cases of Spleen phlegm adenoidal hypertrophy patients aged 3 to 14 yeas old. All the children were taken into trial group:treatment group with 40 patients who accepted the dialectical Chinese medicine of "Jianpi Huashi Sanjie", and control group with 30 patients who accepted Mometasone furoate nasal spray.30 days is a course. After a course, the adenoid size、 OSA-18 total score and clinical comprehensive assessment will be compared between the two groups.Results40 patients after treatment, appearance 13 cases, effectiveness 24 cases, invalid 3 cases. The total rates respectively reach 92.50%in the treatment group compared with 73.33%in the control groups. According to the statistical analysis, there is significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). On the other hand, before and after the treatment, the adenoid size has no difference, not only in the same group, but also between the two groups (P>0.05).ConclusionJianpi Huashi Sanjie treatment of children has a significant effect of adenoidal hypertrophy caused by Spleen Phlegm.
