The Clinical Effect Oberservation On Treatment Of Polyeystie Ovarian Syndrome Of Deficiency Of Kidney And Blood Stasis With Tonifying Kidney And Removing Blood Stasis

Objective: Through observing the changes of TCM clinical symptoms, the level of serum sex hormone, the basal body temperature, the volume of ovary and ovulation before and after treating the Polyeystic ovarian syndrome of deficiency of kidney and blood stasis with tonifying kidney and removing blood Stasis, making the objective evaluation of its the clinical therapeutical effect, and providing the objective basis for its dialectical treatment.Method: Select patients in outpatient of department of gynaecology of First Hospital affiliated to Gansu University of Tradition Chinese Medicine from May 2013 to October 2014,thirty cases of patients with PCOS conforming to the standards of deficiency of kidney and blood stasis were chosen as the research object. The self control experiment was conducted in the research, the prescription, its medicine was added and subtracted according to the change of symptom, was maken for treatment principles of Tonifying Kidney and Removing Blood Stasis, and the treatment continued for three menstrual cycles, analysis comparatively the patients’ changes of symptoms improvement and clinical related indicators, and also make the statistical analysis.Consequence: 1.thirty patients with Polyeystie ovarian syndrome of deficiency of kidney and blood stasis were treated with Tonifying Kidney and Removing Blood Stasis, the total effective rate is up to ninety percent; 2. The patient’s Chinese medicine clinic symptoms after treatment improved significantly, the total symptom integral reduced obviously, the difference was statistically significant compared with those before treatment(P<0.01); 3.the serum levels of LH,T,LH/FSH decline after treatment, the difference is statistical sinificance(P<0.0); the serum levels of E2 were elevated compared to pre-treatment, with statistical significance(P<0.05); the serum levels of FSH has no statistical significance(P>0.05); 4.Colour oppler ultrasonography showed that the ovarian average volume reduced clearly after treatment, the di ffere nce wa s si gnific ant; 5. Colour doppler ultrasonography showed that th e av era ge number of follicles decreased obviously after treatment, the difference was signific-ant.Conclusion: Treatment of Tonifying Kidney and Removing Blood Stasis can improve significantly Chinese medicine clinic symptoms of patients with PCOS of deficiency of kidney and blood stasis, lower blood LH,T levels, make the LH/FSH level return to normal,raise E2 levels, adjust endocrine disorders situation thus decreasing ovarian volume and resuming the function of ovulation.
