Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Hypomenorrhea With Liver And Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis By Using Drugs Before And After Menstruation

Objective: through theoretical research and clinical observation,this topic discusses the clinical effect of the treatment of hypomenorrhea with liver and kidney deficiency and blood stasis by stages before and after menstruation,so as to provide clinical basis for the treatment of hypomenorrhea by stages before and after menstruation.Methods: Cases were selected from the outpatients and inpatients of traditional Chinese Medicine Department of Minda Hospital Affiliated to Hubei University for Nationalities from June 2018 to December 2020.68 patients meeting the diagnostic criteria were included and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,34 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Tiaojing Ⅰ3-5 days before menstruation and Tiaojing Ⅱ 3-5 days after menstruation.The control group was treated with Tiaojing Ⅰ 3-5 days before menstruation and 3-5 days after menstruation.The menstrual blood loss score and TCM symptom score of the two groups before and after treatment were recorded and compared,and the adverse reactions were observed.All data were analyzed by spss23.0 software.Results: 1.Menstrual blood loss score: there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group after treatment(P < 0.05);2.Menses time score: There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group after treatment(P < 0.05);3.The scores of color and quality of menstruation: there were statistically significant differences between the treatment group and the control group after treatment(P< 0.05);4.The scores of each symptom: there were statistically significant differences between the treatment group and the control group after treatment(P < 0.05);there were statistically significant differences between the two groups in lumbar and knee soreness,menstrual abdominal pain or pain,insomnia and dreaminess(P < 0.05),There was no significant difference in the results of dizziness,tinnitus,dry eyes and hypochondriac pain(P > 0.05);5.Total TCM syndrome score:there were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group after treatment(P< 0.05);6.Clinical efficacy: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75%,the effective rate was 75%;the total effective rate of the control group was 84.38%,the effective rate was 46.88%;7.Standard: during the treatment,no serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups,and the clinical application was safe and reliable.Conclusion:1.The self-made Tiaojing I prescription combined with self-made Tiaojing II prescription before and after menstruation and self-made Tiaojing I prescription alone used before and after menstruation to treat hypomenorrhea of liver-kidney deficiency and blood stasis type can increase the amount of menstruation and prolong the time of menstruation,to improve the color of the Meridian and the body with symptoms;2.The clinical effect of treating liver and kidney deficiency and blood stasis hypomenorrhea by stages before and after menstruation is better than that by non stages;3.There is no serious adverse reaction during the clinical medication,and the clinical effect is better It is safe and reliable to use.
