Blood Fights Of Qi And Blood Stasis Method Treating Children Snoring Sleep Clinical Studies

Purpose: To observe blood fights method cure children snore sleep the clinical curative effect of qi and blood stasis.Method: Select 60 cases 3~8 years old children with qi and blood stasis to snore sleep,were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(30 cases)to give blood fights class oral Chinese at the same time cooperate Chinese traditional medicine atomization inhalation therapy,the control group(30cases)give Biyuan Tongqiao granule,paeticle with Chinese medicine oral and atomization inhalation treatment,compared the observational study.Result: After 14 days treatment,the treatment grou total effective rate was 83.33%,control group total effective rate was 63.33%,with a statistical software SPSS19 by rank test analysis,it is concluded that the Z=-1.974,P=0.048,p<0.05,suggesting that there are significant differences between treatment group and control group,treatment group curative effect is better than the control group.Comparing two groups of course and curative effect comparision,results show that the course of the treament groups in 14~30 days with the total effective rate was 100.00%,course in 30~60 dayswith the total effective rate was 85.71%,the course of more than 60 days with the total effective rate was 33.33%;Control course in 14~30 days with the total effective rate was 91.67%,course in 30 ~ 60 dayswith the total effective rate was 66.67%,the course of more than 60 days with the total effective rate was 22.22%;The result show that the shorter the course of treatment effect is better,and the effect of each course of treatment group were obviously superior to the control group.Conclusion: Pathoegenic factors,long time lag,qi and blood stasis resistance,heat and blood stasis with without adenoidectomy context is the important pathogenesis of children snore sleep.Blood fights and qing xuan begin to understand is an important treatment of children snore sleep.Evil poison stay,qi and blood stasis resistance is the important treatment of children snore sleep;fights,qi and remove stasis is an important of children snore sleep,blood fightsmethod treating children snore sleep,high security,small side effects,efficacy found no adverse side effects,worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
