Analysis Of Factors Affecting College Students' Demand For Medical Service

College students play an important role in the social development and their health condition has caused the widespread concern of the public.It has positive social significance and value of time to understand medical service demand of university students and its influence factors in order to provide more specific guidance for their health.Taking the students in Jiang Xi University of Finance and Economics as the respondents,this paper applies structural equation model to analyze the factor affecting university students' medical service demand.This thesis begins with defining the basic concept of medical service demand of college students,then analyzes the current situation of university students' physical health and medical service demand.By reading and summarizing the relevant materials,this paper explains university students' medical service demand by four factors and designs questionnaire on the basis of these factors.Secondly,in order to screen indexes,this thesis uses SPSS software to analyze questionnaires' reliability and validity.Cronbach's Alpha coefficient is applied to analyze the reliability of the questionnaire and factor analysis is used to test the validity of the questionnaire.During the factor analyzing process,the factors with high contribution ratio are extracted by using principal component extraction method,and ultimately determine the factors and the corresponding questions.Then,LISREL is conducted to make a fitting analysis on constructed model.After model updating,final structural equation is gotten.The influence factors on university students' medical service demand should include economic factors,health factors,hospital supply factors and medical insurance policy factors.Finally,the effects are analyzed of the above factors on the university students' medical service and the influence of every question on these four factors.According to the results of the research,this paper gives suggestions to promote the university students' health based on the level of medical service demand.
