User Behavior Rules And Empirical Research Of Online Medical Information Service

With the rapid economic development,food and clothing is no longer the primary pursuit of people.The era of material life is extremely rich,ignoring the health of the body,leading to disease,but the lack of medical resources,uneven distribution and other issues for a long time,making it difficult for people to see a doctor.Online medical care as a new medical model caused concern,its convenient performance to solve the problem of a large degree of difficulty.The users of the online medical information service to conduct the investigation and study,expect to find its behavior,and the influencing factors for users of online medical information service will analyze the structural equation model.The development of online medical information service is very important to the reform of the medical model of our country,bearing the expectations of medical practitioners,relevant research institutions,users,etc..In this paper,the study of the user's medical behavior,found that income and age will affect the cost of consulting behavior.Then,according to the characteristics of the user,the user groups are clustered,and five kinds of user groups are excavated.The reading of literature,according to the relevant theoretical basis of constructing the user intention of online medical information service model,to build the model is verified using the method of structural equation model,the data from a survey,and then modify the model according to the modified index,and draws the following conclusion: privacy,trust,perceived benefits,medical effect interaction design has a positive effect on usage intention,which play a role of maximum medical effect factors.Finally,according to the rules of user behavior and the results of the model,the paper puts forward some corresponding suggestions.The main innovations of this paper are: the factors that influence the willingness of users online care from the point of view of behavior theory,which makes the quantitative analysis of the willingness scale design theory more solid;from the interaction between online service doctors and online user's point of view,to explore user satisfaction,which overcomes the subjectivity of weight the measurement index system in the analysis of satisfaction on information behavior;from the cognitive perspective,discusses the relationship between medical information online users to send or receive information,this study for quantitative analysis of behavior provides a new way of thinking.
