Objective: Remifentanil is a kind of high efficiency and can help in the presence of a piece of god. Fast water in plasma and tissue the solution has the characteristics of rapid onset, short working time. The aim of this was to investigate A118 G in OPRM1 gene on effect of remifentanil in Chinese Han and Uighur population. Methods: The allele and genotype frequencies of A118 G gene in Uygur and Han population were calculated by using genetic notation method. The mean and SD for normally distributed continuous variables and percentages for categorical variables were calculated and compared between males and females. Median and interquartile ranges were calculated for continuous variables that were not normally distributed by using Wilcoxon test. Differences in the characteristics of different genotype and race were examined by using 1-way ANOVA, the rank test and the χ2 test. Results: A total of 906 Chinese Han subjects were selected, including 425 males, with mean age of 44.1±6.4 years old. A total of 813 Uygur subjects were selected, including 396 subjects, with mean age of 44.5±6.8 years old. G allele frequencies were 27.4% and 31.7% in Han and Uygur subjects respectively. The rate of G carriers was 48.1% and 52.0% in Han and Uygur subjects respectively. A118 G allele and genotype frequencies were different between Han and Uygur subjects. Mutation rate of A118 G was higher in Uygur than that in Han subjects. Consumption of remifentanil was also more in Uygur than that in Han subjects. There was significant difference of consumption of remifentanil among three A118 G genotypes(χ2=12.56,p=0.002), when the operation time was not different. Consumption of remifentanil was highest in subjects with GG genotype(803.6±143.7) and lowest in subjects with AA genotype(771.3±105.2).Conclusions: A118 G polymorphism A> G mutation reduces the crowd reaction to painand remifentanil anesthesia sensitivity, making the patient during anesthesia to reach the required amount of remifentanil increased clinical pharmacological effect. |
