Objective:To study the distribution of CYP3A4*1G and OPRM1 A118G gene polymorphism in Xinjiang female population and the relationship between CYP3A4*1G and the dosage and effect of sufentanil on postoperative analgesia.Methods:141 female patients undergoing selective lumbar surgery under general anesthesia were divided into two groups according to their genotype:CYP3A4*1G group and OPRM1 A118G group.PCIA was used to evaluate the visual analog score of each group at 6h,24h and 48h Scale,VAS),ramasay sedation score,vital signs,total PCIA sufentanil dosage in 48 hours were recorded and compared.Results:(1)in CYP3A4*1G group,the percentage of genotype CC,CT,TT was 67.8%,23.7%and 8.5%;in OPRM1 A118G group,the percentage of genotype AA,GA,GG was 30.6%,55.5%and 13.9%;in CYP3A4*1G group,the percentage of C allele and T allele was 79.7%and 20.3%;in OPRM1 A118G group,the percentage of A,G allele was 41.7%,58.3%.(2)The total dosage of sufentanil in PCIA of CYP3A4*1G mutation(CC type+CT type)and OPRM1 A118G mutation(AA type+AG type)was significantly higher than that of wild type(TT type)and OPRM1 A118G was significantly lower than that of wild type(GG type)(P<0.05).Conclusion:the distribution of CYP3A4*1G and OPRM1 A118G gene polymorphism in Xinjiang female patients is different,which may be an important factor for the difference of sufentanil postoperative analgesia in Xinjiang female patients.
