Based On Data Mining Of Professor Jiren Li Retrospective Study For The Treatment Of Rheumatoid Arthritis Medical Record

Objective:To analyze medication rules and discuss clinical experience of attaching great importance to differentiating cold and heat syndromes and academic thoughts with the inheritance of traditional Chinese medication auxiliary platform system by sorting and excavating treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)medical record by Professor Li.Methods:Select Rheumatoid arthritis medical records(outpatient and inpatient medical records)from the basis selection criteria in January 2013-December 2014 which were diagnosed and treated by Professor Li.64 cases of medical records,along with 86 clinical times,were retrospectively studied.The details were basis situations,clinical symptoms,classifications of syndromes and prescriptions.That database had been built on account of the inheritance of traditional Chinese medical auxiliary system.It were obtained by analysis methods such as frequency,association rules,ect which was compose of stiology pathogenesis,symptoms of syndromes,selection drugs,the drug dosage,ect.All of this were contributed to the further analysis academic idea of Professor Li and the drug laws of RA by syndrome differentiation and treatment.Results: The research findings have shown that the high frequency of symptoms were that joint pain,joint press pass,adverse joint flexion and extension,the wandering joint pain,ect.The hot and humid certification group,blood stasis group,cold-heatjumble group each occupies 52 times,35 times.30times.The therapeutic principle and method consisted of mainly Xuan bi pain,clearing heat xuan bi and clearing damp xuan bi.Drugs were given priority to with Wen,Ping,bitter,sheen,mainly to liver,kidney,spleen and stomach.High frequency drugs were cleaning heat and prompting diuresis drugs,such as Sinomenii caulis,Sophorae flavescent-is radix,Dioscoreae hypoglaucae rhizoma,ect;,air admination and promoting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction,such as Astragali radix,Angelicae sinensis radix,Spatholob caulis,Sargentodoxae cauli,Olibanum,Myrrha,ect;searching the wind only strengthen the pains,such as Scorpio,Scolopendra,ect;warming body and activating meridians to stop pain,such as Aconiti radix,Aconiti kusnezoffii radix,Cinnamo miramulus,ect.At the same time,the highest dosage respectively of Sinom enii caulis,Astragali radix,Sophorae flavescentis of the top three traditional Chinese medicines were 15 g,80 g,15 g.There were 34 couple medicines on frequency of more than 50.The top three drugs of couplet medicines were Astragali radix and Sinomenii caulis;Sinomenii caulis and Dioscoreae hypoglaucae rhizoma;Sophorae flavescentis and Sinomenii caulis.There were 20 medicine pairs that the correlation was more than 0.40.The top three drugs of couplet medicines were Dioscoreae hypoglaucae rhizoma and Gynostemma pentaphylla;Dioscoreae hypoglaucae rhizoma and Oldenlandia diffusa;Sin omenii caulis.There still were contions of 36 core portfolio and 10 new prescription.Conclusion: Professor li has so much clinical treatment experience on Rheumatoid Art hritis(RA).He attaches great importance to the "cold,hot”The discriminate with the therapeutic principle is that fever should transfer,relaying both primary and secondary symptoms,protect spleen and stomach.Based on the biased of cold and dampness and complex transformation,the mainly functions of Traditional Chinese Medicine are dehumi dification,cleaning heat and dehumidification,invigorating the circulation of painkillers,estoring vital energy,ect.There are five administration features.Firstly,cold and warm traditional Chinese medicines are used to reconcile camp guard..Secondly,spleen and kidney should be attached great importance to the body.Thirdly,Astragali radix should be used exagerately to benefit body and drive out evil spirits.Forthly,insect and vine should be cooperation to disperse blood stasis and dredge collateral.The last is that medicions should have the function of drive channel.The additional thing are that 10 Chinese-medical-prescription are excavated.The new prescription are implicit experience,which is creative found and cognition.It will provides beneficial clues for basic research and clinical practice.
