of Chinese medicine records.Method:Use "rheumatoid arthritis","rheumatoid arthritis","Chinese medicine","Chinese medicine","Chinese medicine" as search terms,and the database construction time-2020 is the time limit.The database is searched.Screen the search results according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,collect contemporary medical records of rheumatoid arthritis and establish the original database,standardize the medical record information(symptoms,tongue and pulse,syndrome type,Chinese medicine),and build a general database of medical records And multiple sub-libraries.Import each database into the ancient and modern medical record cloud platform,use statistical analysis,association analysis,cluster analysis,and complex network analysis to mine and analyze patient information,syndrome classification,clinical manifestations,and traditional Chinese medicine,and summarize "symptoms-syndromes-medicines" Potential associations and laws.Result:A total of 14,681 journal articles were retrieved.After screening by inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 373 articles were included and474 medical records were included.There were 110 male patients,accounting for 23.55%,with an average age of 48.2 years;357 female patients,accounting for 76.45%,with an average age of 45.1 years;the male to female ratio was 1:3.25.A total of 357 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines were obtained.High-frequency medicines include Guizhi(234 times),Angelica(221 times),Licorice(196 times),White Peony(196 times),Astragalus(191 times),Fangfeng(136 times),Welling Xian(135 times),Alone(129 times),Coix seed(124 times),Qianghuo(121 times),Chuanxiong(117 times),Atractylodes macrocephala(113 times),Caulis spatholobi(109 times),Achyranthes bidentata(108 times)).The high-frequency drugs are mainly tonic drugs,anti-surgical drugs,and anti-rheumatic drugs.The four qi properties of the drug are mainly warm and calm.The five-flavor properties of medicines are mainly pungent,sweet and bitter.The meridian of the medicine is mainly to the liver and spleen meridians.Cluster analysis of traditional Chinese medicines yielded 4 clusters of medicines.The core prescriptions obtained by analysis are: white peony root,angelica,astragalus,cassia twig,Fangfeng,Qianghuo,Chuanxiong,Duhuo,Weilingxian,aconite,achyranthes,licorice,atractylodes,ephedra,asarum.Through the analysis of high-frequency drugs and core prescriptions of various syndrome types,8groups of high-frequency drugs and 8 core prescriptions are obtained.Conclusion:(1)The patient population is mainly young and middle-aged women.(2)Clinically,the clinics are usually treated with obvious joint symptoms,and joint swelling and pain are the most common;common systemic symptoms are mostly deficiency syndromes;tongue and pulse characteristics are obvious.(3)The four-qi properties of the drug are mainly warm and calming drugs,the five-flavor properties of the drug are mainly pungent,sweet,and bitter,and the meridians of the drugs are mainly to the liver and spleen meridians.Tonic,anti-epidermic,and anti-rheumatic drugs are the most widely used.High-frequency drugs include cassia twig,angelica,licorice,white peony root,astragalus,Fangfeng,Weilingxian,Duhuo,Coix Seed,Qianghuo,and the effects are summarized as expelling wind and dehumidification.,Dispelling cold and relieving pain,replenishing qi and nourishing blood.(4)The contemporary rheumatoid arthritis classification theory is closely related to the pathogenesis.The treatment of rheumatoid arthritis syndrome is to expel wind and dampness,replenishing qi and nourishing blood;the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis syndrome is to expel wind and dampness,dispel cold and relieve pain,and replenish qi Nourish blood;treat the syndrome of damp-heat blockage by clearing away heat and removing dampness,dredging the collaterals and relieve pain;treating the syndrome of phlegm and stasis blockage by promoting
