Traditional Chinese Medicine Kidney Blood Soup In Treatment Of Hypomenorrheal Of The Clinical Observation Kidney Deficiency Type After Stream Of People Surgery

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Chinese medicine bushentiaoxue soup( Self-made) to oligomenorrhea in kidney deficiency type after stream of people surgery and the impact to endometrial thickness change and the follicular phase serum LH, FSH and mid luteal phase serum E2, P.discussing the possible mechanism of action,and providing theoretical basis for Chinese medicine treatment of the disease.Methods:Outpatients were collected 70 patients diagnosed with oligomenorrhea kidney deficiency type after stream of people surgery.they were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group of 35 cases,taking the self-made bushenaoxue soup, by 3 days after menstruation is clean, even served for 14 days.The control group of 35 cases,taking 1 mg bid oral pentanoic acid estradiol,in the fifth day of the menstrual cycle period, in total 21 days for a row.in the last 10 days, adding 50 mg bid progesterone capsules,after stopping drug withdrawal bleeding 5 days begin the next cycle treatment.Both groups for treatment of three menstrual cycles.Observed impacts on two groups of patients before and after treatment of clinical symptoms improved and TCM symptom score changes, endometrial thickness and the follicular phase serum LH,FSH and luteal phase serum E2, P.Results:1. The clinical curative effect comparison of the two groups after treatmentComprehensive curative effect of treatment group total effective rate was 91.43%,markedly effective rate was 57.14%;Control group comprehensive curative effect of total and markedly effective rate was 77.14%,37.14%.Two groups of comprehensive effect of total effective rate and cure rate have significant difference(P<0.05, P<0.01).The TCM syndrome curative effect of treatment group total effective rate was94.29%, markedly effective rate was 62.86%; Control group of syndromes curative effect of the total and markedly effective rate was80.00%, 37.14%.two groups of TCM syndrome total effective rate and curative effect were markedly effective rate hadsignificant difference(P<0.05, P<0.01).The primary symptom curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group total effective rate was 91.43%; Control the primary symptom of traditional Chinese medicine efficacy of the total effective rate was 77.14%, two groups in the primary symptom curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine the comparison of total effective rate was extremely significant differences(P<0.01).2. The two groups before and after treatment of TCM syndrome total primary symptom integral and total integral comparisonTwo groups of treatment of three menstrual cycles and withdrawal syndromes was three menstrual cycles total integral are significant difference compared with before treatment(P<0.01). Integral stop drug treatment group 3 months compared with 3months numerical again, but there was no statistical significance(P>0.05) difference comparison, withdrawal three months compared with control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Two groups of treatment for 3 months 3 primary symptom score compared with before treatment were decreased. In addition to the control group lumbar debility have statistical significance(P<0.01), lumbar debility primary symptom is significant difference between groups(P<0.01). Withdrawal for 3 months in the two groups the primary symptom integral and treatment for 3 months are recovered, but the treatment group had no significant difference, the primary symptom is significant difference between groups(P<0.05, P<0.05).3. The comparison in two groups before and after treatment of follicular phase serum LH, FSH values, middle luteal serum E2, P values and luteal phase endometrium thickness.Treatment group and control group in treatment of three menstrual cycles, follicular phase serum LH, FSH values control to prior treatment, it was insignificant(P>0.05),the comparison between the two groups, there is no statistical significance(P>0.05).Stop drug treatment group 3 months, mid luteal serum E2, P values weresignificantly increased before treatment, significant difference(P<0.01); Compared with control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).Stop drug treatment group after 3 months, the average middle luteal endometrium thickness increased, and significant difference compared with before treatment(P<0.01);Compared with the control group also had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-made kidney blood soup had achieved relatively satisfactory clinical efficacy in treatment of oligomenorrhea in kidney deficiency type after stream of people surgery.The traditional Chinese medicine therapy can significantly improve patients in kidney deficiency types’ clinical symptoms and increase the quantity, improving luteal phase serum E2, P value and increase of endometrial thickness,May be by adjusting the function of gonad axis and improve ovarian function, increase in female progesterone level, promote the growth of endometrium, and to increase the quantity and clinical curative effect.
