Controls using the west drug treatment, compound vitamin B slice, ATP piece, both inosine piece, WoLiTing each2piece, daily3oral. The treatment group using oral Chinese herbal medicine treatment, use wulinsan add and subtract, basic prescriptions:poria cocos15g, pigs lingya12g, diarrhea12g, white atractylodes ze12g, cassia twig6g, the card to add and subtract.2weeks for a period of treatment, treatment after four treatment comprehensive curati-ve effect evaluation, and compare the self-conscious symptom, before and after treatment central vision, optical coherence tomo-graphy scan, average light sensitivity, and comparison between groups. Follow-up a year, compared with two groups the recurrence rate.Results1.Clinical comprehensive effect:treatment group total effe-ctiveness78.6%, cure13eyes, better9eyes, invalid6eyes, control group total effectiveness62.5%, cure7eyes, better8eyes, invalid9eyes, two group total effectiveness after statistics processing with significant differences (P<0.05), the curative effect of treatment group was better than control.2.Self-conscious symptom:two groups of patients after tr-eatment, the self-conscious symptom group differences between comparison, the center of the dark spots, inspect content deformat-ion, smaller or darker and other major clinical symptoms signific-ant difference (P<0.05), two groups of treatment that can improve symptoms are, but the curative effect of treatment group was better than control.3. Tradit-ional Chinese medicine can promote the visual acuity, shorten the duration of symptoms and reduce the recurrence, and side effects of small, can avoid the retinal damage causes of laser, fully emb-odies the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine for CSC, and the price is low, greatly reduce the patients and the social econ-omic burden, worth in the clinical application of the promotion, improve our health. |
