The Clinical Study Of Pointer Combined With Acupuncture In Cervical Great Occipital Neuralgia

Purpose:Through the clinical study of "pointer combined with acupuncture to treat cervical great occipital neyralgia", to discuss its effectiveness and normalized treatment and provide theoretical basis for clinical using and promotion of the pointer combined with acupuncture method.Method:Devide 60 up-to-standard patients into two groups by simple randomized controlled design. The treatment group adopts the pointer combined with acupuncture method, the control group adopts oral administration of western medecine Ibuprofen Sustained Release Capsules. Observe the average pain rating (analogue scale)> time of duration, seizure frequency before and after treatment, calculate the headache index and observe respectively the clinical symptoms of the two groups before and after as well as the index of correlation. Quantify the observed score to evaluate the curative effects of the pointer combined with acupuncture method and the western medecine.Result:1.In terms of clinical symptoms, the VAS intergrals of the two groups are significantly di fferent (P<0.05), which indicates that the treatment of combining pointer with acupuncature c an obviouly relieve the pain of Great occipital neuralgia patients, its therapeutic effect is bette r than drug therapy. After treatment, the durations of pain of the two groups are significantly d ifferent(P<0.05), which indicates thay the treatment of combining pointer with acupuncture ha s an obvious relaxation effect on dealing with the seizure frequency of the Great occipital neur algia patients, its therapeutic effect is better than drug therapy. After treatment, the seizure oft he two groups are significantly different(P<0.05), which indicates that both of the two therapy methods can greatly reduce the seizure frequency, the therapeutic effect of treatment group is more obvious than that of control group.2.In terms of quality of life, there is significant difference between the sleep quality of th e two groups after treatment(P<0.05), which indicates that the sleep quality of the treatment g roup’s patients after the treatment is obviously better than that of the control group. After the t reatment, there is significant difference after the comparison of the two groups(P<0.05), whic h indicates that the mental condition of the treatment group after treatment is obviously better than the control group’s.3.After treatment, the clinical total effective rate is 86.7%, and that of the control group i s 73.7%. The statistical analysis reveals that there is no significant difference between the tw o groups of patients in the aspect of clinical effectsP>0.05), but the total effective rate of the tr eatment group is higher than that of the control group with no adverse reactions.Conclusion:Pointer combined with acpuncrure is a safe and effective mean to cure cervical great occipital neuralgia, it can ameliorate clinical symptoms obviously with high effective rate and cure rate. And it is worthy to make a further research and promote the clinical use.
