Objective:To investigate the Electro-acupuncture binding on the nerve root occipital neuralgia affecting the nervous mobilization signs, looking for a more rational and efficient treatment of nerve root type occipital neuralgia, Minimize the pain of the patients for the purpose, make the patient can get better curative effect. Methods:According to the principle of randomization, in 65 cases (29 males and 36 females) with the inclusion criteria, the patients were divided into 3 groups.. Group A (electric acupuncture treatment group) in 20 patients; Group B (nerve manipulation group) 24 cases; Group C (Electro acupuncture combined with nerve mobilization group) 21 patients. Treatment for 2 weeks. Respectively before treatment, after treatment observation record VAS score, headache six point behavior score method (BRS-6),observed Electro-acupuncture combined with nerve mobilization of patients with cervical radiculopathy symptoms and signs affected.Results1. After the treatment, before and after treatment compared to the VAS scores of the three groups, headache six behavior score (BRS-6) were decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05), which group C was superior to group A and group B, the difference is statistically significant.2 after treatment, the effective rates of the three groups were:A group 78.95%, B group 68.18%, C group 90.48%, the effective rate of C group was higher than that of A group and B group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions:1. acupuncture therapy, nerve mobilization therapy and acupuncture nerve mobilization combination therapy can significantly improve patients with cervical radiculopathy symptoms, signs,a significant effect.2. Electro-acupuncture combined with nerve mobilization therapy for efficacy of nerve root occipital neuralgia was significantly better than the efficacy of acupuncture alone therapy or nerve mobilization therapy, the therapy is worth promoting.
