Because of the low height,small amount of maintenance,no ballast splashing,good stability,good durability,uniform elasticity and other advantages,the ballastless track was widely used in high speed railway.With the development of high-speed railway construction in our country,China has independently developed the CRTS ballastless track system with Chinese characteristics.Based on the ballastless track project of the section 9 of the passenger dedicated line from Datong to Xi'an,the construction technology of track panel framework method was studied in this paper.The comprehensive method of technical investigation,theoretical analysis,construction summary and on-site coordination and others were applied combined with the construction technology of CRTS-I double block ballastless track.Firstly,the stress analysis of track frame method and tool track panel method is lack of theoretical numerical analysis.In this paper,the numerical analysis and stress analysis of the two construction methods are carried out by using the finite element software.From the point of numerical analysis,track frame method has the advantages of improving the precision and quality of the construction,and this method is more suitable for the construction of ballastless track.Secondly,track frame method has good integrity,high precision,small workload and three parameters(gauge,rail bottom slope and sleeper spacing)fixed.Based on the construction technology of CRTS-I double block ballastless track,combined with the results of numerical simulation,the construction technology and process of track frame method is studied and analyzed.This paper focuses on the analysis of surveying and setting out,the coarse and fine adjustment of track frame,the concrete pouring and other processes.The coarse adjustment of the track frame is implemented by track alingnment locking device.The fine adjustment of track frame is carried out by track inspection instrument and measurement technology.Finally,Based on the ballastless track project of the section 9 of the passenger dedicated line from Datong to Xi'an,the quality control and safety and environmental protection measures of ballastless track construction are studied.Quality control measures focus on building a sound quality management and control system,strengthening the control of track accuracy,strengthening concrete pouring and maintenance,etc..Safety and environmental protection measures are divided into safety management measures,civilized construction measures,resource conservation measures.
