In Chinese railway engineering industry, there is not the fashioned and matureexperience which is used in the construction technology of the double-block ballastlesstrack; the matched equipments which are used in the construction were almost got onthe import in the early WuGuangXian, and the cost is high, they were subjected toforeign companies in many aspects, and the outsourcing services consulting weremostly provided. At the same time, the system requirements of the double-blockballastless track is high, so the requirements to the construction organization and theconstruction management、the operating staff in every aspect are high. The paper tookthe construction of the double-block ballastless track in JinZiShan tunnel forengineering Background, and did the following work:(1) The prices of the gantry crane、the flat transporter、the framed bent and thedirectional positioning equipment and so on which are professionally used in theconstruction of the produced CRTSI plate ballastless track are about30%time lowerthan the import one, according to the applied research and practice to the ballastlesstrack engineering in JinZiShan tunnel which is in YiWan railway, the autonomation ofthe Key equipments which were used in the construction of the CRTSI plate ballastlesstrack was finished.(2) According to the analysis to the use of GEDO CE track detecting system which isin the construction measure of ballastless track,and contrasting to the one which is inthe construction measure of ballast track, the standard request of high speed rail(passenger rail line) ballastless track is high, and the difficulty of constructioncontrol is large, the traditional measurement technique and method have not satisfiedthe demand of the construction measurement, especially for the tunnel accuratemeasure, the traditional measure equipments have not satisfied the demand of theconstruction accurate of ballastless track. But, to use GEDO CE track measure system,to regard CP Ⅲ control point as the measure control standard, and to use GEDO CEtrack measure car to control the track accurate measure, increase largely the measurecontrol technology level and the work efficiency of track construction, ensure absolutelythe high-smooth nature of the ballastless track construction.(3) The construction process control of the ballastless track can concern theadvantage and disadvantage of its quality, especially for the insulated effect, so thequality of concrete is controlled in the construction of ballastless track plate, we shouldstrictly construct according to the operation specifications, ensure the quality andinsulated effect of concrete, control the accuracy of the track.According to the implementation of the double-block ballastless track project inJinZiShan tunnel, we can accumulate the experience about the construction and thecorresponding technology、management, can foster talents. At the same, we can sum upsome construction technology of tunnel double-block ballastless track and at the last, wecan get the systemic and mature、integrated construction technology, and can fill in gapsof the Thirteen Bureau of China Railway Group in this technology field, make groupcompany achieve the construction advanced level in similar engineering industry, canhelp the group company maintain the leading position in the corresponding constructiontechnology aspect of the ballastless track construction technologyAs the background to tianhengshan tunnel in Harbin,the paper studied the rockpressure and Characters in force of Soil Tunnel.
