With the rapid development of passenger dedicated lines, the railway should be continuous, smooth, stable, durable and less maintenance performances in order to meet traffic safety, comfort and punctuality demands. As ballastless track performance have shown clear superiority, this technology has been widely used in the high-speed railway construction abroad and achieved good technical and economic benefits. The design and building of ballastless track is an important component of passenger dedicated lines construction. Majority of Rheda2000 ballastless track equipment which are used in Wuhan—Guangzhou special railway line roadbed are imported from Germany, while related ancillary equipments independently are researched and developed by domestic manufactory. This thesis expatiate on ballastless track application research and development level home and abroad. In view of the construction requirements of Wuhan—Guangzhou passenger dedicated line roadbed on Rheda2000 ballastless track, concrete pouring machine, screw regulator and construction templates and assorted construction equipment have been designed and developed. The structure and design of the roadbed Rheda2000 track ballast have been implemented. Contemporary, analysis of the structure of the system model, load model, load transfer principle and ballastless track the smallest plate reinforcement methods have been brought into effect. And further research focuses on calculation a ballastless track water rigid concrete supporting layer (TCL) and the road bed board (HBL) at the junction completely. Moreover Rheda2000 of ballastless track construction machinery functions, parameters, ergonomics and staffing have been introduced. And on the base a detailed roadbed Rheda2000 ballastless track construction techniques and construction process have been put forward. This research results have some practical value in the improvement of passenger dedicated lines roadbed Rheda2000 ballastless track construction equipment and technological development.
