Study On Construction Of Ballastless Track Bedfor Sui-yu (suining-chongqing) Railway

With the speed-raising of the existing railway lines, construction of passenger dedicated lines and increasing rate of traffic flow in China, it is becoming more and more difficult to protect and maintain the railway tracks. From the overseas development, the high-speed railway should make the ballastless track as its main point, whose maintenance accounts only 10% of that for ballasted tracks. Compared with the foreign countries, great differences exist in systematicness, depth, paved amount and scale in China. To achieve the laying scale of ballasted tracks, comprehensive experiments must be adopted to deal with a series of key technological problems systematically on the ballastless tracks.With the project of the ballastless track composite test section for the Sui-Yu railway line, this thesis makes an investigation on the key technology of the ballastless track bed ground stabilization and embankment filling:1. On the basis of the current situation of ballastless track construction at home and abroad, some methods of construction, especially the rapid construction methods of reinforced concrete pile net, are investigated. Such methods as long spiral drilling machine, vibrating tubular pile and current-controlled depth into the rock are put forward.2. Through the study on ballastless track bed and embankment filling of transition section of the Sui-Yu line, this context analyzes features of graded broken stone and stuffing of group A and group B. The machinery and filling construction technology are then determined by tests with variable water content of graded broken stone and rolling compaction frequency.3. Through the test for dynamic modulus and density of filled embankment and the observation for settlement of ballastless track bed, the quality of ballastless track bed and the conditions for constructing ballastless track are verified espectively. The section construction of Sui-Yu ballastless track composite test provides the good results for optimizing design and construction. It has a rather strong promotional value, lays the foundation for China's passenger dedicated line to accept ballastless track in a large scale, and also provides set of technical storage.
