With the deepening of economic globalization,accidents occur frequently in the electric field,which have brought serious damage to all aspects of our nation.In the process of handling power emergency accident,whether life-saving or searching for trapped people needs logistics guarantee.So,how to allocate limited manpower and materials resources and how to formulate reasonable resource allocation scheme are helpful to grasp the situation of power system,reduce the loss and enhance the strain capacity.However,power accidents cannot be predicted,it is likely to cause the interruption of information,although the location and time of incident can be estimated,there are still a lot of power emergency accidents that can't be expected,such as terrorist events.In the above view,according to sudden accident emergency rescue in emergency preparedness and response in the electric field,from the perspective of "bottom thinking",emergency supplies in the electric field were studied.According to the three emergency rescue mission,material configuration,material distribution and traffic grooming in field of emergency power supplies,by detailed describing the demand information of lacking for emergency supplies,this research builds a robust optimization model,providing the theoretical support for the emergency decision-making department in the electric power field to make a reasonable rescue plan.Through the above research,this research can be able to support the resolution given rationalization of power emergency resource allocation in the process of emergency accidents,promoting the capability of guaranteeing emergency relief resources and anti-jamming ability.Along with the deepening understanding of emergency power,and constantly improving the robust resolution,the power allocation of electric emergency resources will be solved reasonably.
