Research On Key Technology Of Freeway Incident Emergency Respond

With the continuous development of our country highway construction,the frame of domestic highway network has basically formed,the total scale has been the world's leading.So in recent years,the focus of the highway construction step by step into the management operation,turned into how to guarantee the highway smooth,safe,efficient,fast,comfortable and so on several big aspects.Along with the increasing of highway mileage,emergency rescue has become an important part of highway construction in the future,the mature expressway emergency rescue system can be in the first time reached the scene of the accident and the rescue of the injured patients take effective method,can be reasonably arranging aid to help reduce property loss.Highway management and construction in China,however,there are lacking,mostly in the initial stage,the various conditions is simple,in the event of a major highway traffic accidents,often are more heavy casualties,casualty rate is high.Therefore,for research of expressway emergency rescue system is imminent serious problems.In view of the above problem,this paper analyzes the freeway emergency rescue system design,the freeway emergency rescue resource allocation optimization and expressway emergency resources scheduling model,and studies the causes and characteristics of expressway incident,expounds the classification and definition of freeway accident,finally summarizes its characteristics,and analyzes the causes of the accident from different angles.And through the field investigation and data access of expressway incident emergency rescue system has carried on the qualitative and quantitative analysis and research,put forward the construction of expressway emergency rescue system and emergency rescue information linkage design.Highway traffic incident emergency rescue system is presented in this paper,on the basis of in view of the freeway emergency rescue system of the core technology is studied.Studied in try to reduce the number of traffic accidents occurred under the premise of emergency response time,how to carry out effective rapid emergency resource scheduling,and can meet the quantity of relief supplies required for the traffic accident rescue,emergency rescue time to be shortest as objective function,the expressway emergency resource scheduling model is established,and put forward the highway alone,more accident emergency resources scheduling process.In this paper,the author studies on the highway the key techniques of emergency rescue in the actual highway traffic emergency events provides the technical support.
