With the continuous development of science and technology,tailings dam accumulation of experience,coupled with the shortage of land resources and conservation investment considerations,tailings dam gradually to the direction.Dam rising speed faster and faster,this trend for the safe management of tailings presents new challenges.This paper regards Wuqia County UluGan tailings dam as background to calculate.According to the characteristics of the tailings dam material is deposited stratified,with reference to existing data,to determine the dam layers of material parameters.Using ABAQUS finite element analysis software to build a two-dimensional model for the tailings dam dmamning process saturated-unsaturated soil FSI finite element analysis,and analysis of tailings dam dam saturation line speed of impact and stability of dam Impact.Provide a reference for the construction of the latter part of tailings.In this paper,the following conclusions:(1)In the proposed design,based on comparison of the overall load and load stepwise manner,from the analysis of saturation line position changes and displacement,showing step by step loading more realistic.(2)Calculation of condition 1 to condition 9 seepage line result in damming speed 4m/a under the influence of changes in the tailings dam dry beach length and slope ratio of saturation line.When constant slope ratio,with the dry beach length extension cord infiltration depth deepened.Dry beach length is constant,the slope smaller than the saturation line depth is also shaller than the seepage line gently.Osmotic gradient initial slope of the foot will be reduced accordingly.(3)Analysis Case 6 in loading speed 2m/a,3m/a,4m/a,5m/a,6m/a,depth of seepage line and displacement cloud map.When damming speed at 2m/a and 3m/a,the minimum depths of seepage line are same 10m.Vertical displacement is substantially of about 0.64m.Dam can be considered to achieve better consolidation in both the loading speeds.When damming speed at 4m/a,5m/a,6m/a,the depth of isaturation line is significantly reduced,reaching 8.1m,6.3m,4.9m and the maximum vertical displacement are 0.55m,0.44m,0.36m.Consolidation is not sufficient,the stability of the dam safety is disadvantageous.(4)Finite element software SLOPE/W is used for safety factor of case 6 in a variety of situations.The results show that when the working conditions 6 at speed 2m/a and 3m/a,the regulatory requirements are met.When condition 6 at damming speed 4m/a,the security and regulatory requirements for stability factor value is almost exactly similar.When condition 6 at 5m/a,6m/a damming speed,the safety factor obviously does not greater than 1.2 of regulatory requirements.the safety factor is too low,it can not be used.(5)Condition 5(slope ratio of 1:5,the dry beach length 150m)combined drainage installations,respectively at damming speed 3m/a,4m/a,5m/a,6m/a,depths of seepage line are 26.55m,24.46m,20.5m,17.46m.Case 5 combined drainage installations,maximum seepage gradients are 0.4,0.45,0.5,0.8.Join drainage installations,the maximum gradient is also a great role in decline.Vertical displacements are 0.71m,0.69m,0.64m,0.60m,the vertical displacement of the settlement differ substantially 6.2%.Increase the drainage installations of Settlement Consolidation of dam play a very beneficial role.
