The dynamic sealing device is an important part in aviation engine,gas turbine and large generator set,it has an important effect on the performance of the whole machine.The application and research of advanced dynamic sealing device is an important way to improve the performance of the whole machine,and it has the characteristics of low input and low income.The advanced dynamic sealing device has been a hot spot in the field for several years,after years of continuous research,industry scholars has put forward a new kind of seal technique on the basis of brush sealing. A large number of studies have shown that it has good application prospects.The research and application of finger seal in abroad is approaching maturity,and application.Because of the technical barriers,series of studies have been made in the country.However,the simultaneous improvement of the leakage and wear of the finger seal in the design is still not well solved.For this,the research is based on the aviation engine,to carry out the design and performance study of the concave configurational pressure balanced finger seal,construct the perforanance analysis model of the finger seal,carry out the performanceoptimization of finger seal,study the dynamic performance of the finger seal,and some experimental study.First,Using the ANSYS software to build the geometric model and formation of performance analysis model,and by using ANSYS APDL language for its parametric model of finger seal in order to improve the efficiency of the calculation and analysis.Material property,meshing model,establishing contact pairs.establishing boundary conditions and appling loading for the parametric model to get its formation of perfomiance analysis model.Then,basing on the theory of unform design to get the uniform design table of the finger seal performance optimization study by the DPS data processing system.By calculating to get the hysteresis and average contact pressure of the differfnt finger seals in the ANSYS software;Basing on the nash equilibrium theory and neural network genetic algorithm to get the optimizing the objective function,and optimizing the sample.Throuthing the optimization to get the optimal structure of the sealing performance of the pressure balanced finger seal,the no back pressure cavity finger seal and the traditional finger seal.And comparing the optimized results of the different finger seal to account for there is better seal performance in pressure balanced finger seal.Finally,making dynamic performance analysis for the optimized finger seal structure,and getting the relationship graph of rotor excitation time-displacement excitation and response amplitude under the different pressure differential and different amount of interference.Processing the test article of the optimized pressure balanced finger seal,Design the test plan and to test some related performances,Processing and analysing the test data to get some relative conclusions,and to verifies the reliability of this theoretical method of the performance of the finger seal.The results show that in comparison with the traditional finger seal,the stiffness of finger beam of the pressure balanced finger seal,is variable (the stiffeness of the boot than the stiffness of the root of the finger beam) ,can effectively solve the problem of the contradiction of the leakage and wear life of finger seal, in comparison with the no back pressure cavity finger seal,has the back pressure cavity,can effectively reduce the delay leakage of the finger seal,especially in the high pressure condition,the results of the study provide an important reference for the design of high-performance finger seal.
