Finger seal,as a new type of flexible seal device,has a good application prospect in the field of aero-engine,turbine blade,main bearing cavity gas path seal.The rotor runout,assembly interference,thermal deformation and so on will cause the inevitable wear problems.The research on the finger seal wear Background to carry out the numerical simulation of finger seal wear and the theoretical research of friction pairs is a work that meets the practical engineering requirements and important research significance.Therefore,according to the engineering application background of finger seal friction and wear and the existing problems in the research,this paper carried out the research on finger seal wear performance,and deeply discussed the core technical issues involved in the research and analysis.The main research contents and conclusions of this project are as follows:1.Based on the finite element numerical simulation analysis of finger seal wear contact,the influence of material parameters and working conditions on finger seal wear performance evaluation index is obtained.The results show that the finite element simulation model can effectively reflect the dynamic contact performance characteristics of finger seal,and the design of finger beam rigidity and the control of small friction coefficient can improve the performance trend of finger seal hysteresis and contact pressure changing synchronously with the increase of upstream and downstream pressure difference.2.The friction and wear test of finger seal friction pair,obtain the friction coefficient and wear rate of finger seal materials under different contact coating materials,The fractal theory was used to analyze the surface morphology and friction signal.The results show that the friction coefficient of WC is small and the coating is stable and wear-resistant under various working conditions;the wear mechanism is mainly adhesive wear and a small amount of abrasive wear;the periodic change of the fractal profile occurs,and the shorter the period is,the more the coating performance is Unstable.The adhesion effect under the load is obvious,and the wear rate is naturally less than Cr3C2;the three stages of wear are the spontaneous system from rough,simple to complex The process of increasing the complexity of tribological behavior through the transition to fractal running in attractor.3.Based on the fractal theory,the paper studies the running in wear of finger seal friction pair,and carries out the fractal prediction model of finger seal friction wear,calculates the wear rate prediction model based on the fractal theory to predict the service life of the seal..the fractal wear rate formula combined with contact mechanics and adhesive wear theory It has time-varying characteristics and fractal dimension also has time-varying characteristics.The change of wear rate can be estimated by measuring the fractal dimension of contact surface.The influence of fractal dimension,contact pressure,rotor speed,wear time and other parameters on wear rate is preliminarily discussed and the change rule is explained.4.Based on the wear rate numerical boundary of friction and wear test in Chapter 3,combined with the development of wear subroutine in ABAQUS and ale adaptive grid,the discrete dynamic numerical simulation of finger seal wear is carried out to evaluate the contact wear performance of finger seal.
