Combining with CSCW(Computer Supported Cooperative Work) and maintenance simulation, a research is done on cooperative maintenance in 3D simulation environment to improve cooperate working ability of maintenance personnel. Based on the study of the characteristics of aircraft maintenance, use the CSCW technology in aircraft cooperative maintenance simulation.To solve problems and difficulties in cooperate maintenance simulation, on the premise of fully study on current solution of the similar problems, space module division based on function or task, role assignment based on LRU, and conflict reduction method based on similarity priority are raised.The main work is as follows:First of all, the urgent needs of civil aircraft maintenance training industry for cooperative maintenance training are discussed, as well as the cooperative methods in cooperative design and assembling.Secondly, the characteristics and difficulties of aircraft maintenance simulation are listed, approximate solution for the problems on the basis of the research of coopration technology is proposed.Finally, by studing role assignment during cooperative maintenance simulation, combined with the characteristics of the aircraft complex large system and more cabin space, this paper puts forward space module division method based on function or task related to property of LRU, sets up task lists, and defines property of components and roles. For the conflict problem of maintenance operation in the simulation, the similarity priority module based on role and component property is established. In the end, a model of the maintenance process based on the priority color Petri net is built, then analyzing the instance model comes to the conclusion that the proposed methods are effective.
