As the export volume of metro vehicles in China increases year by year,the performance,technology,speed,and quality of metro vehicles will all be subject to global harsh assessments and examinations.The safety of metro vehicles is the key approach to take the advantage,develop sustainable,and lead the world for China.Metro bogies are the running parts of metro vehicles and are the most important components.Therefore,how to repair metro bogies at low cost and with high efficiency is a urgent research problem.Based on corporate projects and user needs,the modularization related technologies for metro bogies oriented are studied.The thesis mainly includes the following contents:(1)The maintenance-oriented technology analysis of metro bogie module division: Summaring the current status and problems of the metro bogie maintenance,and providing modularity ideas to divide the function modules and maintenance modules of metro bogies,so as to support demand-driven bogie innovation,custom design and the fomulation of the maintenance strategy;this paper defines the connotation and function of the function modules and maintenance modules of metro bogies;and proposes the technical route of metro bogie module division based on concurrent engineering,which includes two stages of function module division and maintenance module division.(2)The research on the dividing of function modules of metro bogies,which based on genetic algorithm: requirement-function-structure decomposition of metro bogies is adopted in top-down approach,and the function decomposition tree of metro bogies is obtained;basing on the DSM(Design Structure Matrix),and referring to the existing multi-type metro bogie structure,the NDSM(Number Design Structure Matrix)is constructed.Based on NDSM,achieving the function modules division of metro bogies by using genetic algorithm;based on the results of the division of function modules,the index such as failure rate,maintainability and monitorability of each function module are analyzed to determine the necessity and possibility of division of maintenance modules.(3)Based on the improved K-Means algorithm,the maintenance module division of metro bogies is studied: based on the maintenance requirements of the function modules,the partitioning principle and clustering index of the maintenance module are determined;Based on the maintenance attributes,the reasonable contour factor and reasonable clustering number are determined,and an improved K-Means clustering algorithm is proposed to achieve the maintenance modules division of metro bogies,which lays a foundation for the formation of a module-based maintenance strategy for metro bogies;The effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method is verified by using the wheel-on-axle box module as an example.
