With the rapid development of the civil aviation maintenance industry,the flight frequency and the difficulty of logistic service is increased,the contradiction between the promotion of the task volume and the insufficient supply of resource demand,the fatigue of personnel and the quality of work guarantee is becoming more and more obvious.The fundamental way to solve this contradiction is not to increase the number of people simply,but to maintain a better understanding of task arrangement and make more effective use of human resources in today's increasingly improved maintenance and support technology.In this paper,the theory and method of human resource allocation modeling considering the human factors and the maintainability in the operation are discussed in detail,the general method of personnel optimization for multiple maintenance tasks is proposed from two aspects: the number configuration and the dynamic configuration in the process in order to reduce the impact of human factors and optimize the total number of personnel and resource qualification requirements.First,starting from theoretical analysis,the maintenance task analysis method is used to analyze the cooperation requirements of the personnel in the sub task,and the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize the fatigue state and time pressure of the maintenance personnel to meet the successful completion of the task when the maintenance personnel support the work.When the personnel face unexpected bursts,the selection of the troubleshooting personnel is determined through the analysis of human factors.Then,the colored Petri nets theory is applied to modeling multitask maintenance process,,the human resource allocation method is studied by using human factor analysis in the model,the optimization results are analyzed from the perspective of maintenance waiting time,resource quantity demand and personnel qualification requirements.Finally,the staffing results are tested in terms of resources,workload and reliability.In addition,in the analysis of maintenance tasks,statistical regression is used to establish a quantitative relationship model for multi task staffing.In this study,a staff configuration method for multiple maintenance tasks for the existence of time and location span is proposed,and the configuration optimization is realized from the number of personnel and human factors,so as to provide references for maintenance personnel.
