With the rise of rail transit,more and more metro trains are in operation.Metro trains will repeatedly fail during their long operating cycle,especially the metro bogies.The failure of the metro bogies is not only highly frequency,but also easily causes serious accidents and incalculable losses.Therefore,the existing maintenance strategy of the metro bogies is almost based on preventive maintenance,which aim to repair the corresponding components before serious failures so that the maintenance costs are minimized.However,this purpose must be based on the determination of a reasonable maintenance unit scheme.The maintenance module division is a method which takes the maintenance influencing factors at the design stage into consideration,and taking the maintenance resource layout of the existing maintenance level as a constraint.The parts with similar maintenance processes will be placed in one module and the same resources will be simultaneously used to repair multiple parts so that the efficiency of maintenance will be improved significantly.Thereby improving the maintainability of the metro bogie.This paper focused on improving the maintainability of metro bogies.The main contents include the following aspects:(1)Introduced the function and its corresponding structure of the metro bogie,analyzed the existing maintenance programs of the metro bogie,including the status quo of maintenance at home and abroad,and drew on the research results in the field of aviation maintenance,and proposed the maintenance unit and maintenance level applicable to the metro bogie.And combined with the FMEA method to analyze the failure modes and influences of various parts in the metro bogie.(2)Combining the relevant standards and engineers of the rail transit industry,the maintenance requirements and indicators of the metro bogie were compiled,and the importance of the maintenance demand was determined by the method of QFD and AHP combined,and the application of the maintenance index was analyzed.Based on this,the maintenance indicators were divided into maintenance module division indicators and maintenance program evaluation indicators,and the importance of each type of indicators was calculated separately.(3)Analyzed the characteristics of the metro bogie maintenance module,the maintenance module was divided into two levels,maintenance module division indicators are regarded as the correlation of the maintenance module division,then,formulated the corresponding correlation quantification standard and establish the correlation matrix of all components within metro bogies,based on the comprehensive correlation matrix,K-Means clustering algorithm was used to divide the scheme of maintenance modules and multiple schemes were obtained.(4)Performed maintenance level analysis for different maintenance module division schemes,including non-economic analysis and economic analysis,determined the most economical maintenance level under each program,combined with TOPSIS gray fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,based on determined maintenance The evaluation index of the program and its importance evaluate each maintenance module division plan,and finally select the most economical and reasonable maintenance module division plan.
