Urban rail transit is the backbone of urban public transport, bearing most of the urban public transport passenger. Since most urban rail transit is underground, once the sudden interruption, it is difficult to evacuation of stranded passengers in a short time and safety. Thus would cause a serious impact to the life and property security of the passenger and the city's economic development. In order to make passenger travel more secure, how to quickly and efficiently develop evacuation strategies become an urgent problem in the burst interruption.Firstly, this paper gives the definition of sudden interruption events and summarizes their characteristics and outlines the factors affecting the urban rail transportation emergency evacuation and analyze macroscopic transport properties of sudden interruption passenger emergency evacuation, and describe the unexpected disruptions occur in urban rail transit in different location how to effect its operations and passenger travel.Secondly, proposing the definition of urban rail transit station evacuation bottlenecks and classifying them. Through quantitative analysis of density and flow rate of all kinds of facilities at the station and exporting the function image of passenger velocity-density and density –flow rate in MATLAB, obtain formula for calculating the capacity of the station evacuation of facilities basing on this. We identified this as a static evacuation bottleneck station basis and by the analysis of the theory of constraints and the barrel theory, get a mathematical expression to determine the static evacuation bottlenecks.Thirdly, we based on sudden interruption of passenger station within the running characteristics and smooth degree to rate the level of dynamic evacuation bottleneck, and determine the various facilities of the station function expression using fuzzy set theory. Through the comparison of the related literature at home and abroad about the dynamic evacuation bottleneck level and station level of service classification standards of rail transit station, determine the value of parameters of the membership function expression, and calculate its membership function values using traffic speed and density based on this to find a method to determine the dynamic evacuation bottleneck which is followed by the maximum membership principle. Finally, R urban rail transit is selected as a case of sudden interruption situation. First, we analyze of the transfer station M, through calculating various facilities evacuation capabilities of M station, we determine the static evacuation bottleneck. Then we simulate its evacuation by VISSM and find the bottlenecks of dynamic evacuation process and make a strategy how to evacuate the passengers outside the station. And we add this to the simulation of evacuation. After comparing the two simulation results, verify the evacuation strategy proposed in this paper is feasible and effective. Then, we analyze the rail transit line of R city and make an emergency evacuation network model of the line. We introduced role of the middle switchback station and emergency traffic emergency evacuation in the rail transit and defined the variables and parameters of the model, also designed the algorithm of solving the mode. By solving the model in Microsoft Visual Studio with C language, we set the optimal burst interruption evacuation path and make the strategy of how to evacuate passenger flow in sudden interruption of emergency traffic.
