With the continuous development of the subway in the world, it has gradually become important role in urban transportation, follow the operation safety problem is attracting more and more attention. So it is becoming one of the key isusses that how to achieve safe and effective evacuation to ensure the operation safety.According to the traffic flow theory, this thesis establishes an evacuation route assignment model based on passenger evacuation behavior characteristics and facilities evacuation capacity analysis. It is mainly studied in the following key issues for the urban rail traffic emergency evacuation.First, the passenger evacuation movement and the influencing factors are summariaed from the passengers themselves and evacuation environment with the emergency evacuation of passengers in the station as the research object. The characteristics of passenger evacuation movement and evacuation route choice are analyzed from the macro and micro levels. And the passenger evacuation movement pattern classification is described.Then, the carrier to the passenger emergency evacuation, station evacuation facilities for the object, the calculation method for evacuation ability of single facility is proposed; the station facilities of different connection is summed up respectively from two aspects of the station space structure and traffic flow. Establish facilities congestion model for facilities of different connection, and combine model to analyze the evacuation capacity of the different facilities connection. Define the buffer at the facilities junction, and classify according to the characteristics of the buffer. Combined with pedestrian movement characteristics the influence of the buffer at the facilities junction on pedestrian evacuation is analysed.Third, the necessary conditions of city rail transit station evacuation route assignment is put forward based on the principle of traffic assignment, and structure evacuation route network in subway station. Define the concept of evacuation time reliability and measurement method, considering the effect from the traffic congestion to evacuation time, determine the impedance function of the path.Combining with Wardrop equilibrium theory, a user equilibrium assignment model based on the reliability of evacuation time is established and given a MSA algorithm considering the reliability of the evacuation time. In order to improve evacuation efficiency, combined with the passenger evacuation movement, facility evacuation capability and path assignment results, the station evacuation guidance strategy is determined from the three aspects of guiding position, guiding measures and the trigger condition to measures.Finally, Fuxingmen station is taken as an example to validate the model.Get the geometry information of each station facilities through the investigation, and structure the station evacuation route network. According to the position where the occurrence of unexpected events, determine the station evacuation path set, make the evacuation route assignment calculation according to different evacuation route selection criteria, formulate emergency evacuation strategy. Simulate different evacuation strategy using Anylogic simulation software, and analyse the simulation results, verify the accuracy of the model and effectiveness of the evacuation strategy.
