Research On Purchasing Cost Management Of Electric Material In Inner Mongolia Power Company (A)

As an important secondary energy for the development of the national economy, electricity affects people’s daily life in all aspects. Power supply station, as an agency of primary power supply enterprise, directly contact with the electricity customers, fulfill duties of electricity services, and maintain enterprise image, what’s more, is also entrusts with a series of power services, such as the power grid operation and maintenance, planned maintenance, accident repairs and electrical safety checks, business expanding, watt-hour meter installing, meter reading and charging, metering management and so on. With the rapid development of urbanization, sustained rural economic development, the continuous improvement of living standards of farmers, the rapid growth of demand for electricity in rural areas also need a rural electricity service that has a higher level, power supply station, as the most basic units of primary power supply enterprise for the service of "three agriculture", becomes increasingly important.Power supply station management system and the direction were in-depth analyzed and researched in this paper. Moreover, the background and significance of power supply station strengthening also was stated. Analyzed and described the current situation of China’s primary power supply unit management system, and summarized the current situation from the perspective of rural development, rural power management and rural power management reform direction. Finally, we summed up the experience by combining with foreign advanced management mode and comparing it with our current management model.Based on the summary of management system and the direction of primary power supply enterprise, this paper taken a in-depth research in Ningbo, as a result, the status of management model of primary power supply enterprise was summarized and the challenges and opportunities currently facing were analyzed. Combined the management current situation of power supply company in Ningbo, the management model called’big station model’was proposed, what’s more, setting conditions, management, team and staff of’big station model’were detailed analyzed. Comparative analysis model of varieties management system for Power Supply Station was established, and the weight of each indicator was calculated by AHP model. Finally, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory was used to comparison evaluation for varieties of current management system of power supply enterprise in Ningbo. This paper is aimed to explore how to deepen the power system and given policy recommendations of deepening reform and economic development, consequently, provide reference for planners of China’s electric power system.
