This thesis studied base on Continental Automotive Electronic company knock Sensor project, plan for material purchasing cost control provided the backdrop, and according to the application of cost reduction measure. To summarized the experience and lessons of pasted project cost control measure. Introduce the advanced idea of purchasing system management and material buying, study and analysis the application of purchasing cost control plan and measure in this project, summarized and put forward several feasible suggestions on the cost control system of the project at present of domestic automobile material production enterprise. This thesis is devoted to give some good suggestion for domestic automobile material production enterprises by using of concrete application of project. To realize project cost optimization through using influence of project cost by of purchasing cost reduction, let the domestic automobile material production enterprises more competitive. The argumentation of this thesis divides into four parts:First part: Through to introduce the status of cost control for project knock sensor project before the implement of purchasing cost reduction plan. To point out several problems for cost control directly during the process of project, especially for the deficits of purchasing cost control, analysis the meaning of project purchasing cost control, then point out the subject for researching, introduce the background and concerned information of knock sensor project, provide the basic data for the researching of Continental Knock Sensor project purchasing cost control measure.Second part: Carry on the researching and analysis base on the status of material market and supplier, and regard it as the theoretical foundation of studying and analysis of application of purchasing cost reduction measure in Continental knock sensor project.
