From the view of development of economy globalization, the paper analyses that what kind of purchasing strategy the electronic enterprises should choose. According to the detailed study and analysis of current Internal and International market, base on the comment purchasing method analysis and research, we get conclusion and find out what kind of purchasing strategy that electronic enterprise should implement. Normally, the first step of purchasing strategy will from the new vender development strategy, under strictly vender sourcing/selecting/vender site survey/sample evaluation etc step to work out the best suitable vender, and then according to deeply investigation of open market and research to find out what kind of price management strategy should be implemented and how to use skilful negotiation to realize the price management strategy. The competition in electronic products market become stronger and stronger, cost saving will be very important for any company who want have long-term development plan, so the effective purchasing cost saving strategy selection should be key point to ensure cost saving plan successful, it should be chosen per different condition and situation, base on this point, this paper recommend nine kinds of cost saving solution for electronic enterprises reference, it include engineering value evaluation/vender early involve/negotiation/cost analysis/key cutomer/trade bounding/localization/ standard design/ buying power combination. In order to carry out above mentioned purchasing strategy, the electronic companys can use vender management strategy to realize it, otherwise, it will be impossible. Especially for vender quality management, this paper through the quality cost discussion to emphasis how important the vender management strategy it is, even we can say vender management strategy is the base of successful purchasing strategy implementation.Finally, this paper provide a really sample as evidence to proof the mentioned several purchasing strategy for electronic company in this paper is suitable and can be operated and realized in really operation. Meantime, writer also forecast the purchasing development trend by the end of paper.
