The Empirical Study Of Integration Relation Between Industrialization And Information Of Henan Province

The development level and the integration degree of industrialization and informatization have become an important signal of one country’s comprehensive national power. In today’s era, it is a necessity and the common desire of the whole nation to utilize the modern information technology to transform the traditional industrial production and in turn to promote the deepening integration of industrialization and informatization and step on the new industrialization road. Under this context, it has very important practical significance for accelerating the modernization progress by conducting a further study on the correlation and development theory of integration between industrialization and informatization, as well as carrying out the great practice of integration between industrialization and informatization.Based on the existing research material, this paper adopts qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to measure the modern informatization level and development level of integration between industrialization and informatization of provincial macro-regions, i.e. regions throughout Henan province. The infromatizaiton level of Henan province cannot match with its position of big economic province. Through applying factor analysis method, this paper makes a preliminary measurement of the practical situation of infromatization of Henan province in 2012, and classifies the informatization level of different regions. It argues that the informatization development level of Henan province is relatively low and imbalanced among different regions. There is a relatively large gap between rural areas and cities. As for the region where the industry is relatively developed, its informatization level is relatively high. As for the traditional agricultural regions, the informatization development is backward.Through selecting 13 traditional indexes which can be obtained from information industry development, information network establishment, information technology application and informatization talent as the alternative variables of infromatization level, this paper establishes the measurement system of informatization development level of Henan province from 1998 to 2012. It draws a conclusion that the informatization of Henan province has insignificant effect on promoting the industrial output by applying C-D production function and vector space model. Besides, in the past decades, the growth rate of Henan industrial output contributed by its informatization is relatively small. The main reason is that the traditional informatization still plays an important role in industrial production, while the modern informatization is deficient and even non-existed. The informatization level of Henan province is still very low and there is little storage of informatization resources, which cannot exert the scale effect. The integration between industrialization and informatization has narrow scope and superficial level. There is still a large amount of industrial enterprises adopting extensive production. It is necessary for the informatization development of Henan province to shift from emphasizing the volume increase initially to the emphasis on the improvement of quality in the future. There are many works needed to be done in terms of informatization and promoting industrialization. The task of promoting the deepening integration of industrialization and informatization, and stepping on new industrialization road is still huge.Finally, this paper points out the shortcomings of Henan informatization and integration between industrialization and informatization. It puts forward some suggestions and measures for informatization establishment and promoting the integration between industrialization and informatization from two aspects: government and enterprise. It hopes that the government can keep strengthening the macro-control of informatization establishment and promoting the integration of industrialization and informatization of Henan province by applying more preferential policies of fiscal levy, etc. The industrial enterprises should also enhance their integration awareness of integration of industrialization and informatization. They should positively take advantage of the modern information technology, perfect the cultivation, introduction and incentive system of informatization talents, and deeply conduct the integration work of industrialization and informatization in a practical way.
