The Design Of Tianjin City Enterprises "Integration Of Informatization And Industrialization" Development Level Evaluation System

Informationization and industrialization is the integration of technology, product,service and industry. This project is mainly focusing on quantizing the level ofintegration in the four aspects that mentioned above into data report by a system toprovide data support for research and plan.The integration survey would be filled in by different business so that the systemcould collect integration related data. Completing the survey is the intuitive reflect ofthe integration level. The system would estimate the integration level of the city as awhole, districts, industries and enterprises, offer consulting and guidance ofinformation construction to business, increase economic and social benefit forinformation construction, and provide data support for formulating further policy andservice related to integration of Informatization and Industrialization by theadministrative department.Based on Web Service technologies and under the structure of B/S, the systemdesigns a informatization-industrialization for enterprises evaluation system. On thefoundation of the study on principal of evaluation data system construction and frameas well as the study on informatization-industrialization evaluation system testing andscoring methods, the system introduces an set of index and gives weight to the index.For the purpose of better real-time evaluation, the process and functions of the systemhave been carefully designed. Totally the system composes of7functional modules,namely, enterprise information management module, investigation managementmodule, survey-filling module, survey scoring and statistic module, authoritymanagement module, word-generating module, and weight adjustment module etc.Therefore the system has achieved the evaluation system database management,enterprise information management, system users management, authoritymanagement, survey items management, survey index system management, key indexsetting, survey building, evaluation results searching, and survey-filling operation etc.With the smoothly running of the project, it would help government and businessidentify the effect of information investment that made nowadays, define the directionin the future, avoid blind investment, and improve fund utilization rate. By takingeffective measures to integration of Informatization and Industrialization, this project can be combined with the current situation of industry and agriculture to drive thedevelopment for informationization of them, improve the level and capability ofapplied industrial and agricultural information technology, and realize industrial andagricultural collaboration and resources optimization allocation.
