Through the study of the level of logistics development in the region can obtain a general understanding of development scale and the development condition, can be more accurately posit a regional logistics development degree, determine the development direction of regional logistics, in order to achieve the healthy and stable development of regional logistics industry put forward the more effective and more scientific development planning and development policy,thereby more effectively promote the of regional economic.This paper research on the development of regional logistics home and abroad, summarize, compare, and then, build a more reasonable level of development evaluation index system of regional logistics based on existing research. Firstly, this paper elaborate the theory of the development level and the related regional logistics, come to the understanding for the level of regional logistics development and content should be considered in the evaluation, construct the development evaluation index system of regional logistics; secondly after comprise and analyze the several typical evaluation methods commonly used, determine a combination of principal component analysis and cluster the two methods, using SPSS software to analyze regional logistics development in Shandong Province, and discussed the results of the analysis; Finally, combining the results of the analysis and the actual characteristics of the regional logistics Shandong Province spatial structure, economic development and Layout and the actual situation, proposed some scientific and effective countermeasures and thoughts for developing regional logistics of Shandong Province.
