The development level, mature degree and the efficiency of regional logistics system is becoming one of the significant marks, which measure the degree of modernization and the economic competition of an area. At present, many governors are making the regional logistics or logistics industry development planning actively and regarding it as an important strategic step to strengthen regional comprehensive competition. A scientific and normal evaluation method of logistics development can provide a scientific and quantitative tool to research and make regional logistics development planning, so as to improve the science of planning. Zhejiang is one of the china's provinces which have high speed of economics growth, it has a very important realistic significance for promoting logistics development in regional economic environment of Zhejiang province and the decision-making accuracy of government logistics development to appraise and research the logistics development of Zhejiang province.First, the text compares and summarizes the content of the regional logistics evaluation of the domestic and international, based on the content above, it puts forward the logistics evaluation index system. Secondly, after comparing and analyzing several common and typical evaluation methods, it uses the software of SPSS and combines the principal component analysis and cluster analysis to appraise the regional logistics development of Zhejiang province quantificationally, then making a qualitative discussion of the evaluation result. Finally, combining regional industry characteristic, space development structure, economic regionalization and layout, the article presents some thoughts and suggestions for advancing the regional logistics development of Zhejiang province in phase.
