At present, the development of information technology, enterprise’s competition is the competition for resources, but also the knowledge competition, technological competition finally is the talent competition. In the process of the enterprise development and expansion, the role of talent is more and more prominent. So a lot of enterprises put more efforts for the training and management of human resources. Based on the current situation of the Nantong Teijin group and the existing problems of the department, the paper researches and designs the human resource management system to meet the need of real management work.The paper firstly introduces the existing problems and the situation of the Nantong Teijin group, analysis on the current requirement under the background of the enterprise human resources management and potential demand, including the functional requirements and the performance requirements, the system function will be divided into eight function modules such as the personnel file management module, payroll management module etc. And then provides the overall framework of the system, and designs data flow diagram of system according to the demand, designs the database structure of the system, realizes the human resources management system by SOA and ASP.NET Technology.In this paper, the main contribution and innovation mainly has the following several aspects:1. Increasing strength of the system security by using the verification code technology during the user login process. The password is stored in encrypted in the database, even if the system administrator is unable to obtain the user’s password, this kind of management mode improves the security of users.2. Using the mode of asynchronous upload pictures in the realization of the staff information module, so that the user can immediately view the upload pictures, and improves the system’s user experience.3. Completing the function of the statistical report in each module of the system by using the crystal report that provided by VS.net, the crystal reports is the strongest function report system, and provides professional, convenient report processing and output function for the system.The human resources management system developed in the article has been test run in the enterprise, and study will continue to further according to the feedback by enterprise.
