This paper analyzes the background and significance of the project, and studies situation of domestic and international human resource management system. Human resource management is the necessary condition of suiting the requirements of enterprise system, promoting the enterprise human resources management toward scientific and standard, it is an important part of enterprise management, and has the important status in the entire enterprise management. The modern enterprise human resources management should be human resources management computerized. It brings more benefit to all aspects of human resources management to improve the quality and efficiency, and provides scientific support, standardize the operation of human resource management technology.This paper presents the design and implementation of human resources management system for an insurance company. Based on the company’s specific needs and inspired by the enterprise human resource value and individual factors, the system study to the human resources management information system of enterprise development, in order to realize the efficient management of human resources in enterprises, improve the operating efficiency of enterprises, and provide decision support for the HR management of the company. In the process of design and development, based on the software development step of software engineering theory, a feasibility study, demand analysis, overall design, system detail design, the final program implementation and testing of this system are finished; each step is complete earned, and the corresponding analysis and design document are generated. The main work is as follows: 1. By the feasibility study on technology, economy, operation, the status of the current situation of human resource management of the company and the modern enterprise human resource management system are analyzed, the need of the entire system is cleared, including functional requirements and nonfunctional requirements and performance requirements. 2. The system design and detail design are carried out. For functional requirements obtained from the requirement analysis, the design of the corresponding module is structured, and the model design and the use of modeling tools are finished. 3. Background database is designed in detail. Corresponding to the system module design, the system classified the information processing. Through the E-R diagram to design the database framework, clear the data table structure, the design and implementation of all kinds of database tables, and the eventual realization of the whole system. 4. The test case is designed, testing on the important functions of the system is to improve the system. In the specific implementation process of the system, the B/S structure is adopted, J2 EE development framework, Rational Rose, Power Designer and other tools are used in system analysis and system modeling, Java, JSP, Ajax etc. are applied in system development technology, SQL Server 2005 as the system database management system, eclipse 3.4, Photoshop 9 CS2, Dreamweaver 8 as development tool, the of the main function module of this system is designed and Realized. The system adopts the way of man-machine dialogue, owns friendly and beautiful interface, flexible information, convenient, fast, accurate, safe and reliable data storage, easily using, security and maintainability achieved in the expected function.
