With the rapid development of information technology and the continuous upgrading of enterprise information construction,the human resource management system has gradually become the core module in the development process of enterprises.The rationality of human resource management largely determines the retention of talents.The key to ensuring corporate sustainability.At present,most enterprises have high complexity of human resource management,which makes it difficult for personnel management personnel to work and execute.All the work is managed by human basic operations,which is inefficient and time consuming.The human resource information management system is used to solve this problem,which can solve the daily affairs of the enterprise.The main daily affairs include talent recruitment,salary,assessment and training.Human resource management adopts systematic theory to conduct an in-depth analysis of enterprise human resource management,formulate enterprise human resources,and effectively adjust and apply them,so that it can accurately and timely search various human resources information,which is convenient for managers to make.decision making.The focus of this paper is to design and develop enterprise human resource information management systems,and to analyze the trends and current status of domestic and foreign human resources information management systems.Firstly,the UAP platform and related technology architecture and development language are introduced in order.Secondly,this paper collects the actual needs of the enterprise operation process from the application perspective,and analyzes the employee management,organization management,salary management and other aspects in detail.In the process of system requirements aggregation,the application of the system business function module,the use of the system,the feasibility analysis and the non-functional requirements are designed.The design process is designed by the structure diagram and sequence diagram;then the detailed development is carried out.Implemented various functional modules,combed business processes,and designed for system databases.The system is based on UF's Unified Application Platform(UAP)platform,using Java development technology to achieve interaction and data storage with SQL Server 2008 database.The ultimate goal is to directly improve the efficiency of personnel management personnel and indirectly improve The overall level of information of enterprises.Finally,a detailed black box test was performed on the system.The test results show that the various functional modules of the system are in normal operation state,which is in line with all the requirements in the business process.
